My wife was most impressed with how polite and quiet the two guys doing the roof were. Given some of the experiences with other contractors doing projects in the neighbourhood, she expected loud music and a lot of swearing. Instead, the only sound was shingles being nailed and normal conversation so she was comfortable being around while they worked.Also like how they kept me/us informed as to what they were doing--ie laying boards on the lawn for their truck etc; how long the job would take as well as answering the few questions I had about whirly birds and something about the shingles..I appreciated that Brent came by to inspect the roof. I'm sure the fellows doing the job knew their stuff but since they're young and I'm old, i'm naturally suspicious of them (just kidding). I dont know a lot about roofing so it was reassuring to know that a second set of eyes would be checking things out.I did remove a star for the cleanup.However, i did end up picking up some nails from my neighbour's driveway. i appreciate that nails have a way of finding the ground, which is why i checked. However, my wife had specifically asked them to make sure it was clean and the guys assured her that they would make sure to do so.Having said that, there were only a few pieces of shingle left behind. I'm not finding shingle wraps or cardboard or other shingle related trash all over the yard and neighbourhood so, to be honest, I would actually remove half a star but they deal in whole numbers only.They also left their equipment on-site over the weekend which was ok but that compressor sure looked like it would be a nice addition to my collection of compressors so i had to fight that temptation all weekend.

Great company doing great work. They helped us with samples and any concerns before starting. Crew was punctual and did a great job. Roof looks great. No issues at all after 2 years.

Very friendly workers, helped my friend and I move her dressers into my truck at her condo today. Was very unexpected and kind. I also noticed when they were done working they walked around cleaning up any mess they might have made. Very impressed. Thank you!

Second rate quality:I am fed up with Plato.They say they take care of any issues but do not.My gutters still drip where they should not.Texting these &^%$# for 9 months...now they do not even respond.Hey %^*&@#@$^....I have cost you 3 jobs to date.

The Quality and service that I have received was outstanding. Plato's is an extremely professional company and they are able to get anything done from a small shingle roof to a large commercial job. I have been very happy with the work they have done on our apartment building. The workers were friendly with to tenants and they got the job done extremely quick. I hardly knew they were there. I cannot say enough good things about Plato’s Superior Roofing. Mr. Anderson was great to work with. He went above and beyond with our insurance claim and offered an affordable reasonable quoteto re-do our roof shingles. His team did a great job on our roof, and it looks awesome. In addition to the roof work Plato’s roofing installed and added proper attic ventilation throughout the house. After installation, his team ensured all cleanup and debris were taken away. This company stands by customer satisfaction and promises to come back to fix any repairs needed.

Would highly recommend Plato's roofing! Barrett and his team were extremely professional, and the customer service provided was outstanding. They were reliable and dependable- starting our roof when they said they would- which we really appreciated. Respectful and friendly staff that did a great job. Not one nail or old shingle was left behind once they left. Also appreciated Barrett taking the time to come introduce his staff that would be on the job in addition to coming periodically to oversee the whole project and answer any questions we had.
