Responded to unintentional disconnection of heat detector. Very prompt and professional. Called dispatch and they reassured this would not result in a termination of my tenancy.

I'm not entirely sure it was this fire hall but my mom had some firefighters come when she fell while she was waiting for an ambulance. She said they were both so lovely and kind. Potentially both named Mike but her memory isn't always the best. One of them cleaned her kitchen while they all waited and I've never seen it so spotless. He wiped the counters, microwave, sink and did the dishes. I'm amazed at the kindness and thoughtfulness and hope that Mike" receives this praise and gratitude. Not only do you save lives but you are a wonderful human! Thanks for all that you all do but especially to those that go that little extra!"
