Dr Nathan Chan was very abrupt and rude with my wife when she brought my 6 month old son in. My wife brought my son in to an appointment, he never showed up and then the next day had a phone appointment and dropped my son as a patient because he had phlegm in his lungs due to his medical condition and therefore said he shouldn’t have been in the clinic. Very upset with this experience and his professionalism as a doctor.

Nathan Chan has followed my son almost his whole life since 8months of age. When he moved from the NW clinic we followed him. He is very caring and supportive. An amazing doctor and staff!

After waiting for an hour, I was able to see a doctor. It's OK Because he's a specialist But he was very rude, arrogant and asked all the questions very quickly and abruptly.It also makes parents feel guilty.My son coughed once and he said, You shouldn't have come here! Go to the family doctor
