THESE 2 EMPLOYEES MADE ME SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 20 MINUTES WHILE THEY SWORE AT ME BECAUSE THE SENSOR DIDNT WORK THAN I CAUGHT THEM COMING OUT THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT AND GOT MAD AT ME BECAUSE I DIDNT SIT AT THE SPEAKER THEY WEREN'T ANSWERING. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. WORST MANAGER/SUPERVISOR I HAVE EVER WITNESSED.KARANJOT

I often come here for a quick bite. The staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant. I especially want to mention Jasmin from the front desk, as I had the most communication with her. She is a very pleasant and positive girl. Also, without exception, everyone is pleasant, smiling and accommodating with any requests. The food is always tasty and fresh. I used to work there in the kitchen, and I personally witnessed how they carefully monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen and the quality of the products. I advise everyone to visit there and see for yourself!

My favorite burger joint. Always delicious. Much better choice than what is across the street. Frosted glasses of root beer always a treat. Teen burger still the best burger anywhere. Food tastes as delicious as it looks.

Fantastic service and tasty fresh food. Strongly recommend for A&W regulars. The manager Jasmeen made my day by going the extra mile with her friendly smile and awareness to customer needs! Mostly I buy black coffee and occasional hamburgers. This place has consistently provided delicious, well made coffee. Most other places in New West, Burnaby and Coquitlam are horrible, coffee tastes like coloured water. Thanks for being consistent!
