It's always bad...so many stories to tell from bad/bizarre experiences over the years. I only go back because it's so close to my house. They open whenever they want which is usually late. Everytime I go in the person at the counter looks at me like I'm crazy and doesn't want to take my order. The burger buns are always hard and gross. The ice cream is melted. The funniest time was when I went in for breakfast and they refused to take my order. They stood there and looked at me. I ended up going to Stacked instead for breakfast and waited 30 minutes for a table. This BK needs new owners.. it's just bad and weird. Only ppl who gave them 5 stars are in-dee-in....lol they must be related to the owners.

After waiting 20 mins just to order my food (while there was no one in front of me, no one at the window, absolutely empty dining room) I get this “whopper”. The long wait happens every single time I go here. Disgusting service

If I could give zero stars I would. This is possibly the WORST Burger King location I’ve ever been to. The staff are all very rude and don’t have any customer service skills whatsoever. I was picking up a mobile order that was placed at 7:19pm tonight, the pickup time was set for 8:05 and when I arrived at 8:07 I was rudely told by the manager that my order wasn’t in their system. I told the manager that the order was set to be picked up at 8:05 and all he said was that it wasn’t in their system and he walked away. After other customers were helped he miraculously found the receipt that was reprinted he decided to make a skip the dishes order that came in while I was standing in the store instead of making my food. My fries were just tossed in the bag and 4 fries fell out of the half empty large fry container and when I asked for it to be filled the manager rudely told me that it was a large fry and “the rest are in the bag”. I showed him the bag and after he saw his mistake he fixed it but took my bbq sauce out of the bag and didn’t put it back. I would recommend you stay far away from this location if you’re looking for even the smallest bit of decent if any customer service at all.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit a certain establishment, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff was truly astonishing.First and foremost, it seemed like the employees were nothing more than a group of clueless students who lacked any form of talent or basic customer service skills. From the moment I entered the premises, not a single staff member bothered to greet me with a simple hello" or "hi." It was as if I was invisible to them

I came here for a quick bite after my Costco run. Big mistake. Even though I ordered ahead on their app and there were only 2 cars ahead of me in their drive through, it seems like it’s taking forever. I’m writing this while waiting in line. That’s just how slow they are. Maybe they’re short staffed today but this is really bad. Come on guys, don’t you have a timer thingy in your drive through that measure how long you take to serve each car?

Wow worst service ever the fact that a worker has the courage to argue with a customer is really sad. It's bad enough when you have to wait in the drivee thru for 15 min after ordering food and yet the order is wrong. Rule one of customer service is DNT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTMER

This is an exceptionally bad Burger King. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches in the morning and had to wait 10 minutes at the booth before receiving our order. We ordered a coffee and a tea, but received two coffees. No one showed up at the booth to correct this so we had to pull around and go inside in person to rectify the issue. The people working here don't care.

Don't go there. Night staff are probably sleeping in the back. I waited for more than 10 mins at drive-through. But no-one answered... no car ahead.

Every few months I go back to give them another chance. Disappointed every time. Zero customer service. Staff are mopey, lethargic, slow, sad and clearly think they are superior to their customers whom they are supposed to be serving. Maybe a staff meeting on how to smile would be beneficial. I dont even know how this location still exists and how the standards are now so low.

Went for breakfast and waited at the drive thru for someone to take our order. No one answered and it looked like it was closed. Decided to drive up to the window and no one was there either. Was about to drive away and a lady walked by the window. Honked my horn to get her attention and asked if they were closed. She said no and gave no reason why no one was answering the drive thru. Against better judgment, decided to order and found out later that they used regular sliced bread instead of sour dough bread. WORST BK location there is. Can't believe BK ignores all these negative reviews about this location.
