The UPS Store

The printer I have used for many years retired. I needed a new printer for our newsletter. Edyta is fantastic. She gave me a very reasonable price and provided quick service. Her attention to the details of printing (colour paper, stapled, hole punched) was exceptional. I've found my new printer!

We are writing this review about Himani who works at your store because we are so appreciative of the exceptional service and kindness shown to us by Himani yesterday when we needed to have something redone at your store. A true pleasure to deal with her, and she represents your business perfectly professionally.

I have been using UPS quit frequently in the past couple years for my e-commerce business. For the most part there have been no issues however a recent incident has made me lose trust is UPS forever. Recently I shipped a package to New York, when it was delivered I received a notice with proof of delivery. Only 24h later I received a notice stating that my packages was once again on the move after being delivered. Thinking this was strange I called UPS support where I was informed that they had re-used my tracking number for another shipment. Usually this would have not been a problem but because I was selling threw PayPal, PayPal now thought that my package was being returned by the recipient. This meant that I could not access the funds from the sale. Because of this I had to spend 5+ hour on the phone with UPS supports who “could not do anything about it” and PayPal support to solve this issue. Long story short I will not be using UPS again since they obviously have no idea how important accurate tracking information is for online sellers.

It was so disrespectful and not welcoming the lady who worked on 6th April around 1:30pm. Would never come back here.

The staff are polite, efficient and helpful. I have not had any problems with the services they provide. And today Kenan went out of his way to help me with a form that I couldn't read because I misplaced my reading glasses.

I had an amazing experience at this store. Mike gave us an exceptional customer service. I needed help with last minute printing for an event and Mike made it possible for us. I recommend this store.

Even though it was so close to closing time, excellent staff member made our laminated vaccination certificates with great speed and efficiency even having to help me get them from my cell to store email account. Very impressive. Much appreciated.

I have used the UPS store twice now to ship packages and have found Moe and his team to be very helpful to me. I had some issues with one of my packages and the owner Moe was quick to get in touch with me to work through the issues. He worked delligently to resolve the issue which i appreciated, i would recommend his store to anyone needing courier services.

Joy is the best! This kind soul, even though I was inexperienced and clueless in the shipping process, she was super patient, told me everything I needed to do and even helped me wrap and complete my package quickly and efficiently. This woman is saving the reputation of this company!!
