I've been seeing Dr. Medkour for many years and have always had a great experience.

Service is not good at all, and they want that you absolutely buy their glasses, even if you don't need it.

I had issues with Dailies AquaComfort PLUS (Alcon) contact lens. They broke twice in my eye. After much work the situation was remedied with a refund, but it would be good practice not to have the patient have to work hard to be compensated for a faulty product.

Dr. Medkour is a fantastic eye doctor and she has been kind, thorough and very professional every time I have an exam or a question or problem. She takes her profession very seriously and is committed to your eye health and ongoing long-term care of your vision. I moved far away from this street but will always go back to receive such impeccable and humane care.

I've been looking left and right for the best optometrist in the city.Optique du Plateau is the best place to go if you want a human service. This is not your usual optometrist chain where you are only a number.The doctor there was the most human doctor I've ever met, she was obviously concerned about my wife's eyes situation.Also, it seems that some of the tests the doctor made my wife pass were a first time to her despite the fact that she has been to the optometrist a few times during her lifetime.Whoever gave 1 star is either blind (no pun intended) or just plain stupid.If all the doctors in this province would care about their patients as they do there, Quebec would definitely be a better place.

I've been going there for 5 years and they give amazing service. the most thorough eye exams I've received have been with their optometrist. They care about their customers! Owners are great and staff are great

This is the most thorough eye exam I've had. It's run by WOC so that a definite plus. The doctor took her time was very patient and explained her procedure to me. She even helped me pick out the glasses. An added bonus is that they do direct billing so I didn't have to do any work with my insurance. I definitely recommend.

NOT SAFE IN COVID TIMES. Went there for an eye exam, man at the reception desk kept taking his mask off. Asked him multiple times to keep it on and he kept removing it. He was very rude and inconsiderate. Avoid!
