Had an OK time at CO Westshore. Theatre 5 had a couple marks in the screen. The arcade type games were mostly out of order and the shooting games took our money but didn’t work. Good luck getting a refund. Extra tokens were just brought home for play money. Staff was friendly.

My daughter came here for a birthday party and the staff was extremely helpful with getting us in and situated. The kids played some video games before the movie and while waiting for the rest of the kids to show up. Nice little party rooms, I believe there are two of them. Theatre was well lit and clean. The staff that we interacted with were very polite and friendly, thanks for a great day.

This theater invites you in with the smell and warmth of the popping popcorn in the air. Family friendly and they even have vending machines and games like basketball and air hockey! (For a cost of coins of course) you can make reservations/pre order tickets online or when you get to the theater. The people are nice and there's lots of food options/snacks things and drinks to keep you satisfied during a movie!

The company charges now for buying ticket online so I dropped in to buy ticket for a show tomorrow. I couldn’t find theatre hours online but the phone says it opens 30min before first show time.I could’ve purchased a ticket at kiosk but one of staff insisted on helping me at her register. And I asked another staff a question about cineplex membership and he answered it with confidence. Overall really helpful team.

Our threatre was not clean when we first entered it. My kid found a staff member and they got to it pretty quick after that. Bathrooms were clean.

Great seats!! Great parking and delicious popcorn!! Staff are friendly too! Pre-order tickets and skip the line!!! Video games and lots of food options :-) Plus the inside of the theatres are beautiful ⭐️

Dated compared to other theatres. No recliner chairs, terribly sticky floors. Staff was all friendly. They're screen had some marks on it which was a bit distracting.

Absolutely amazing experience here at the Langford cineplex. Amazing staff especially at the concession.There I meet this amazing staff member Eric who with an extremely positive attitude aided me through all my purchases as it was my first time ever going to the cineplex amazing guy with such an amazing heart.would absolutely love to see him again

As expected for a theatre. Staff allowed me to exchange fountain pop on the package for bottled drinks because my husband is diabetic and can't have any of the pop. Would be nice if they had a better selection of sugar free, caffeine free options. Not crowded on Tuesday!

Love the seats, screen and sound great. Popcorn was a little too salty for me but overall great movie experience.
