Very friendly staff and great service. I have all my important and large packages delivered to this location. I appreciate the owners tolerating the receipt of my very large packages. They’ve been great with this particular service. Would highly recommend.

Went the extra mile for me today, had to return an Amazon order but had no stores close by to print the return label. I asked the store rep if it was possible to email him to print it and he was able to do it no problems or questions asked! Always friendly service here!

First time having to ship something and glad I came here. Lorna was great and helped me prepare my precious cargo and ensure everything was in place to get it where it needed to go. Pricing was fair and left with piece of mind. Will definitely use in future whenever shipping is needed.Excellent personal customer service!!!

The amzing husband/wife team who own this business on Cedar Pointe Dr get 5 gold stars. They were so helpful & friendly in person & by phone while helping us decide how to ship a 90 year old set of dishes from ON to AB. We really appreciated their explanations & patience. Boxes arrived in AB very well & professionally packed and with no damage. Kudos to this awesome business!

This guy don’t know how to print he make wrong print and shard the paper twice and playing game with paper at the end he use the other machine and charge me 5.50 dollars for only 2 prints he I did something to make ur print 2.50 dollars for his service. Ripping people theaf

I sent 2 packages from Barrie ON on 10/8/2021, one to Saginaw MI, and the other to Grand Rapids MI. They each contained the EXACT same items, a cutting board in a box, coasters, and a card. The coasters and card were placed in a sleeve by UPS and attached to the box so that I didn't pay for 2 separate packages being sent" which I didn't mind if I would have had to

Parcel delivery service used, December 2018. Manager is friendly, very helpful and the rates reasonable. Excellent UPS software ensures there is little or no misdirection of packages.

Not very friendly and quite condescending. But was super friendly with another woman in there. I will not be using UPS again. Unfortunately had no choice this time as it was a return.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. With everything in lockdown it is very hard to deliver quality customer service. The staff at this location were knowledgeable and very positive. It was refreshing and I highly recommend this particular ups center. Keep up.tge great work!
