They have an office right here in town and I can go in talk with someone which is the kind of service I appreciate! they where quick and efficient at setting me up couldn’t ask for better! also the quote was great and a good value! 100% recommend if your looking for auto insurance and like to support local workers. I will be trying to move over all my business if I manage to get ahold of my previous Insurance company (who are impossible to get ahold of)

I had originally received a quote from Travellers insurance and signed up with them for auto insurance for my spouse and I on each of our vehicles. When we received the their papers, the amount owing was twice as much as they had quoted us for and told us we had 2 days to decide whether we want to switch companies or be stuck with what they were offering because thats the best they could do, but nobody could explain why the rate was higher. I got a hold of Andrea from Steve Dever's office and she was very quick to respond, understood my situation and worked fast to get me a new policy for the 2 of us which was significantly more affordable. As a bonus, I also didn't have to provide 2 months advance payment as Travellers required us to do. Within a couple hours of me reaching out to Andrea, I had my new policy in effect and received my slips in the email. Was extremely happy with the service and highly recommend
