Reasonable prices and good services, but when you need the documents after filing, they don't respond any emails, calls, if they do, they are busy to reply back to an email. I've been following up for almost 2 months now, and still no response.

Bad service in posting paper i have lost my all important documents. When i asked about my parcel they said we can’t do anything just give us $100 we will send again. After his fault he is rude over phone saying do what ever you can we are not doing it

Such a horrible customer service. I file my tex from them after few days I request them to print my NOA somehow my account wasn’t working they told me to pay $20 just to print a paper. The guy who works there he literally said we are not doing charity here can’t believe someone talk to their customers like that. Just because i request him that its emergency i need my NOA today if you can’t print email me i file my tex from here and he said we don’t have that free time after filing a tex our job is done. Never going there again and definitely not recommending at all…
