The best pharmacist. We called late night around 11 to ask about paxlovid for a family member. The pharmacist took her time to assess everything and waited patiently on the phone with us even though we didn't have so the information at the ready. She really helped us out

The service attitude was bad. I went to the pharmacy to buy the eye drops that the doctor had requested. The front desk told me that it would cost me $26 and I would wait for 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for 2 hours. By the end of the bill, the eye drops were $40. The staff said it was because of the different portions. Poor service. Won't go back to the shopper.

Amazing place with very helpful and attentive staff. They offered a wide range of luxury beauty brands like Chanel, Dior, and many more. I asked for a bathroom and the staff at the counter took me to the staff washroom very quickly. I was there for the Dior Cushion Powder light shade, which Sephora does not have this color shade, and this is the only Shoppers had the product in stock at store in Toronto.They are very busy at beauty section though, and so many clients come there to buy Chanel and Dior beauty products. You might need to wait for 5-10 mins for the help from Beauty Advisor. They are very helpful which made my first time shopping experience here so satisfied!

I often buy skin care products here. Once I finished shopping, I asked the cabinet sister for samples of makeup primer .She said no. I can't believe so many brands don't have a sample of a primer. Very depressed.

Awful customer service, rude staff and sell expired products to customers.I purchased a Dior foundation but after a while suddenly found that it was expired, I asked them for an exchange but after a month they offered me a refund.

Bad service in the cosmetics section. I tried redeeming a perfume, but the worker required me to pay the extra price for the perfume when the promotion was a free perfume. Other stores let me use the promotion, I’m disappointed with the service and attitude.

Booked a flu vaccine for my toddler, and received the reminder email the day before.When we showed up we were told they've been out of pediatric vaccine for a few days. Would have been nice to get a phone call instead of making a wasted trip.

They deducted more points then they were suppose to! Horrible service and when I told her she took more points, she told me to do it myself by calling customer service!

Terrible store. Many of the items I wanted were not stocked on the shelf. They had multiple staff trying to push people to use the self checkout instead of just helping to process the transaction. Long line up for no reason!
