The owner of this Tim's berades, and harrases the workers. Constantly yelling at them and telling them what they're doing wrong. Even if it's minor. Workers seem to do a great job for the most part. But the owner ruins the atmosphere for me. He walks around with 0 smile. Makes it seem like hes a prison guard. You can tell the workers get tense when he just stands there and stares at them. Pointing out every little fault. Food is great and the atmosphere is great when he's not there.

Always seems to burn the coffee and any drink never tastes right at this tims. Avoid this location.Like seriously asked for an ice coffee got iced milk

Just left here after standing in line 10 minutes to have a worker tell us to go to the other til then we got to watch 5 people tend to making coffees and tend to drive through. I understand lack of staff but this was not the case, it was plain rude.

Every single time I go through this drive through I try to order and it goes like this: “can I please have a large dou-“ and then whoever is working is like “aNyThInG eLsE” and the cycle repeats for my entire order.

I ordered two chicken habanero loaded wraps, but they weren't loaded at all. I'm really upset with the service as well. When I talked to the person on the counter, she was so ignorant. She said they use small tortillas sometimes that's why the wraps are small. My hand size is 6 and the wraps were of 3-4 inches. Kindly see the picture for reference. I paid 24$ for my order. Kindly teach your staff some work ethics and to accept the mistake and be polite to the customers. We pay for the service. I am you regular customer. I had some issues earlier but never complained about anything. Thank you.

I work at ardene and I come there every other day on my break and the afternoon employees are the worst. I get iced coffee and everytime I get it, it is iced milk instead. I ordered timbits and some of them tasted like meat. And if I ever go in which I never do anymore I’m waiting at the till for a good 5 mins before anyone comes and greets me. If there was negative stars I would give them one but I can’t. Worst Tim’s in Lethbridge.

This was the first Tim Hortons I was at.They have awesome coffee and the breakfast food add dessert was really good. They are very busy but they are efficient and I was in and out in no time. If Tim Horton had a place near me I wound be a regular. I didn't use the drive through but it seemed like it was moving fast.

I was this place on FEB 5, 8:15pm.No body greeting, nobody get orders.I was stand 10min, and out to move other restaurant.Feels like I am invisible man.Goodbye Tim.
