Heffner Auto Cleaning & Detailing Centre

I was very pleased with the work detailing job that was done at Heffner. It looked like a brand new car; exterior, headlight restored, leather seats everything looked great. Even the engine details. Highly recommend them.

After a looong dirty winter with messy kids, my van was disgusting! Took in today for the silver package and they made it look like new! Even got gum out of cloth seats! Great job!

Car looked great when finished and was impressed with extra sanitizing. Very reasonable price for full detail and clay bar.

Drive an older Lexus, well loved, well aged, smoked in fairly heavily.These guys took it, made it have a mirror finish and nearly beyond showroom inside and out. I unfortunately didn't snap before and after photos but I will on my next visit because what these guys do is absolutely gorgeous work and for a fair price.Receptionist was extremely nice. Manager was a blast to chat with, and the team as a whole gave me the impression my car was in good hands.

Super impressed with my car after having it detailed. Car looks night and day to when I dropped it off. Got things cleaned out I couldn't. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Hefner’s Detailing. I got their “Gold” package and it was worth every penny. I will continue to come back for future cleanings. The staff made my car look as good as new after the winter salts are finally gone. They even got rid of an orange spot on my roof caused by old fire suppression pipes. That spot was bugging me for so long! Wonderful service! Will use and recommend.

I had a bad experience using Heffner Toyota's detailing services. They did an OK job with detailing the outside of the car, although they missed some spots and it was obvious they did the bare minimum required to complete the job. My issue is with what they did on the inside....I did not ask for the inside to be cleaned but for some reason they took out the floor mats and dumped all the dirt from the mats onto the carpet. Then they must have realized that the inside of the car was not on the work order so they put the floor mats back in on top of the dirt. In that process they put the wrong mat in the back. Overall it was a disappointing experience for something that costs $240+

Edit: Heffner contacted me and tried to make things right. My vehicle was cleaned again, and they did a much better job. Ive upgraded the review from 2 to 3 stars. Unfortunately, the two missing stars rest with customer service missteps, and there were several. I do not want to smear Heffner detailing here, that isn't my goal. In the end, I got a pretty clean car. In the past they've done a good job. This review concerns just this experience, and for me on this occasion I had some issues with the service I paid for.---- Original Review ----I'm a bit put out frankly. I paid $180 for an interior detailing and my van is now dirtier than it was when I sent it in. There are ugly brown stains on the backs of the seats. The rear bench seat wasn't cleaned at all. No, not just poorly, but at all. There were still crumbs and such both on and under the seats. It's clear they didn't touch them; they weren't even wet from the shampoo. The reason I paid money is to save time. I now have to go back and see if they'll do it right, thus losing even more of my time. As a business you'd hope to fix your mistakes to make things right for your customers, but you can't get me my time back even if you do clean it right on a second go around.The front of the van was cleaned, I'll give them that much credit. I waited 45 minutes past the anticipated pickup time for it to be ready. I have to wonder what took so long. They had it the whole day.I had my van cleaned at Heffner detailing before and they did a good job. I don't know if someone just did a poor job on my most recent visit, but this is a lot of money. Why shouldn't I expect a cleaning service to clean my car.

Got their Gold" package and was really impressed. They removed almost all the fine scratches with a clay bar and the interior was spotless. The car looked new again! I priced the competitors and it would have cost me more for similar services. I would strongly recommend this to anyone. Look no further
