Amazing, 5 star experience, right from the beginning! The receptionist who answered my call was pleasant and professional and directed me immediately to someone who could answer my inquiries. The person I spoke to outlining my issue with my shower was focused on giving me the correct information on how they could rectify my problem. The plumber, Alex, that came out to give me my quote and then eventually fix my issue was awesome. He was competent, efficient, friendly and trustworthy. He arrived on time and completed all my work in record time!

Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly identified the cause of my plumbing problems, confirmed how he would resolve them, gave me an estimate and promptly performed the work. My plumbing is now fully functional and I'm a happy customer. I will definitely recommend Alex at Dekorte to family and friends.

Fast, efficient service from start to finish. Our need was non emergent but they still had a tech out same day to quote the job. Alex was polite, professional and explained, in detail, what he felt would remedy our plumbing issues. The girls in the office communicated his timeline for arrival and or delay the following day when he came to install the equipment. Alex, our plumber was very friendly upon arrival and extremely professional. What impressed me was his ability to assess our plumbing problem with our faucet; he knew exactly the part he needed within seconds and explained what needed to be done. Mark gave a professional and transparent quote that was more than fair and competitive for a few items we were looking to have done in the kitchen and laundry room. We decided to proceed with the kitchen as a priority and have Hawks install a new sink/faucet plus shut off valves. We had just painted our cabinets and refinished our counters with concrete so we were a bit nervous. Mark was on time, clear, clean, careful, communicative, professional, and did exceptional work. I contacted Dekorte to fix an major plumbing issue at our rental property. I booked online the evening before and they came the next day. Our tech was Alex he is very knowledge, honest and professional. He knew what the issue was right away and had everything on hand to fix the issue at the first visit. In one word - excellent! Mark Dekorte from Hawks Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend of ours, so we had him come in to replace the mixing valve on our water heater and replace/add a couple of shut-off valves nearby. Mark was punctual, polite, very efficient, and the work is top notch. We have nice hot water once again! Highly recommended!

Excellent service from the first call with Lynn to the service provided by Alex. Professional with an estimate provided up front. Will definitely use their company again and will recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. I love that a text was sent identifying Alex and letting us know when he was coming and we were able to track the vehicle. He treated my senior parents with respect and was extremely pleasant.
