The customer service is incredible. We had rented scooters that had some mechanical problems. Reached out to support through the app and within less than 24 hours the owner was calling me to offer a solution and showed real concern for his customers. At first I want going to be trying the scooters again but thanks to their incredible customer service I 100% will be using them again all summer

Move scooters is not only a different way to commute, but an experience you can't leave Halifax without trying!Imagine walking up from the waterfront all the way to the top of citadel hill. Now imagine cruising to the top on a MoVe scooter. I can tell you from many experiences that the second option is 10x more fun.MoVe allows you to travel and see the city like I have never before.If you ever see the scooters being loaded into their Pick-up truck, make sure to wave and say Hi to the guys. I did, and they made my day!10/10

Definetly the best part of our vacation in Halifax! We didn't even plan this! We were walking and saw some Move scooters that say rent me" so we decided to go ahead and downloaded the app and hopped on them for what ended up being such an awesome ride around the city. MoVe Scooter Rental was incredibly easy to set up and utilize in Halifax. Less than 5 minutes from download to ride and easy to connect with multiple riders on one account as well. Customer Service was also very helpful to me and when available to me again in the future, I will utilize the services once more.

If you live in the city or just in the city i can’t recommend enough to use the around because of how easy it is to get around. The scooters are fair priced and are a more enjoyable way to get around rather than just taking a taxi

Amazing transportation option in place for this beautiful, windy hillside city! All cities, big and small should implement this, considering the cost of recent inflations.Wether its work or play, such a fantastic idea! Especially when friends and family visit from out‐of-town! Easy to operate, super-fun way to see all the sights, without the traffic! Their customer service department is full of actual humans who genuinely appreciate your opinion and care about safety.Well done, MoVe!
