Brad took on our project on very short notice as we had circumstances that accelerated our timelines to get the design and permits in place.He was very responsive, and proactively worked with our city’s planner to ensure all code requirements and local bylaws were covered. Finally, we found an architect that understood us! We had spent thousands of dollars and worked with several architects to just render us concepts of our Mid-Century home extension. One was good (just too minimalist) and the rest were absolutely horrific! We truly gave up and just accepted we would never find an architect that could capture our vision...Then we found Brad.We absolutely loved this collaborative experience!!! Brad brings an artistic mind to a very mathematical discipline. He completely captured our vision of combining Mid Century with modern. I have used this firm on two projects to date with a third one starting soon. These projects have been in Canada and Bahamas. Brad has an excellent ability to see the big picture of the project vision and deliver finished drawings on time. His work is far better than I had hoped for. I would highly recommend this firm.
