I was in the store for half hour. No one approached me (I saw at least 4 associates working) . I was trying to find boots for my 2 girls. Went to cash to pay, and someone finally came over to assist. No how are you today"

The store was ok. Dint have tooo many variations for light weight walking shoes that i was looking for. Their clearance stuff barely had any choice. All the shoes that i liked even remotely were around $100 which is a lil on the expensive side.

Solid deals, friendly staff, relatively clean store. I know it’s tough to find staff these days, but the people that were working here were solid, although more of them could help.Despite that, I still bought a few pairs and have been blown away at the quality and price of the shoes.

Horrible experience as the women staff just were too busy chatting away to glory amongst themselves. When asked a question to one of them, she replied hurriedly obviously as she had to get back to the very important conversation she was having with her colleagues. My daughter and I were the only customers at the time. We are better off ordering online then to experience such terrible customer service at these stores.

There was a decent selection of shoes. The check out process is where I had problems. I was asked for my phone number while making my purchase. I said no thank you and the person told me I had to provide it to be eligible for a 6-month warranty. After I gave it to her, she asked me for my email address. I said no thank you and she said they need it to confirm my phone number" but that I could opt out of receiving emails from the store. I provided it and opted out instantly on the keypad. 10 minutes after I left and throughout the rest of the evening

Ordered by phone, curbside pickup only, not allowed to try on, no returns, no sale or discounts even on a $300 multi shoe order. They make it hard to support local business, there's all kinds of great deals on line... the only reason we purchased from the shoe company is because the manger was so nice. We will not purchase here again if the circumstances are the same.

12:45pm on a Thursday which is dead for retail and the cashier (headdress with a henna tattoo on her arm) behind the desk didn't have the courtesy to greet my self or the other couple in the store. she was too busy hunched over the counter doing something on her phone.
