Excellent experience. They got the windows and materials much earlier than predicted. Installers were professionnal and efficient. And they come back later for a final inspection to very that everything was done well! Super polite and efficient personnel!

Thank you green fox for my new windows and doors. I understand that during the pandemic it takes longer to get things but it was worth to wait 4 months. All my neighbours are noticing the new front door and windows. I already recommended 3 neighbours! I love the fact that you donate to the stolery and plant trees in Canada.Project manager Alex took his time to explain the process and gave some good advice, Miron the installer did a great job installing and cleaning after was done.I will recommend to anyone I talk to :)

Green Fox delivered what they promised. I love my new windows. The crew was professional and left the site clean each day. My house was a two day project. The windows make a huge difference. My only regret is I didn’t do it sooner! My windows are brown on the outside and white on the inside and it is amazing how you cannot notice where it changes. The windows also help soundproof your house.

Professional and friendlyWe used to deal with a one-man local window guy. But they didn't have the energy star cert. So led us to call upon two other companies for a quote. We chose greenfox not only because of their friendly and professional sales guy, but also for their competitive prices.They were a month earlier than the promised date. Then the installation team was amazing. I can definitely see the difference in the workmanship. The quality of the windows are also different. Their windows have much better noise reduction than the other ones. I bet my natural gas usage will definitely go down this winter.

Later... fancy answer. But no. Inclusiveness is not the issue. Incompetence is the issue. Again, when can I expect my replacement screen that I paid for? Its been 25 days now._______________________________________________SO many issues. DON’T use GREEN FOX , please. Especially seniors. Josh Dela Pena was incompetent at quoting and could not answer simple questions. Didn’t come prepared. Everything went wrong. We had the entire top level of our house done. When I said to him “all windows are to be exactly the same’, why would you make half windows open from the left, half open from the right. That’s not exactly the same. And he NEVER acknowledged it was his fault. He explained “that’s the view from the outside”.And the installer, Milan tried to say it was because we’re looking at the left sliding windows from the outside. He had no answer. Don’t care. If that was the case, why are they ALL wrong? The quoter’s answer was “well, you signed the contract”. When I discovered this when they came to install, the first thing Milan said was “not my problum” . So I had him phone his supervisor…and he can’t speak English either. From then on, it just got worse. Poor installation:1/ They broke our splash tiles above the kitchen sink.2/ They broke the screen in our master bedroom.3/ In the front window, we have global cedars, I asked them to be very careful, but when I checked, they stepped all over the cedars which is now dead.4/ Shutters on our office window were severely dented by what looked like with a hammer.Every one of these deficiencies, the installer Milan never mentioned any of these until I found out by checking. Again, his arrogant response “not my problum”, I’m just installer”.That’s when we came to the conclusion we have to get these guys off our property as they’re causing too much damage so I ran them off the property. This was Thursday June 8. Then we played the waiting game. Apparently they thought I was to make arrangements, are you kidding? The so called project manager Josh Dela Pena phoned me again Friday June 16 saying a crew would be coming June 20 to finish the job. Weather delays, they came on Thursday June 22. The NEW installers name was Jordan. Even though he had a thick accent, he could relate with me in English and was more professional than the other two put together.Clean up was not up to our standards. Clean up mess means vacuuming it up and taking it away, not just blowing debris all over my lawn. They never took ownership, they would have just left it if we didn’t see it. But thanks to Jordan, it looks good now. Took way too long and way too frustrating. What should have been an exciting new experience, turned out to be the worst buying experience of our lives. Oh yah, we still don’t have our replacement screen, maybe we’ll get that by winter. hahaSo again please, don’t even think about using Green Fox Windows. Please tell your family and friends…go somewhere else. So our stressful experience doesn’t happen to you.Chris and Beverly Gordon.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. High quality products. Had an issue with installation appointment due to Covid, but they made it right by us. Had windows installed, and are now getting our doors done as well. Highly recommended.

We recently had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced. We got multiple quotes and Green Fox was definitely the highest. The difference was other companies would roll in, look around and give you a ball park figure, in and out in 2 minutes. The Project Manager for Green Fox was super thorough in explaining everything and took the time to look over all the windows and doors.While its not always great paying a higher price, with these guys you definitely get what you pay for. The installers were always on time, super clean and respectful and unbelievably hard workers.The quality of Green Fox's product far exceeded my expectations. We had our windows installed at the end of winter and the first night, I had to turn my furnace down. Now with the windows and doors installed, my AC hardly runs and my house is always cool.Green Fox also sent out an inspector to look over the quality of the work and look for any defects. He found one crank a little too tight and loosened it on the spot.You cant beat the quality and the unbelievable warranty.I'd recommend Green Fox to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors. These guys know their stuff and you wont be disappointed.

Our new windows were installed this past week. The windows are beautiful. Quality is excellent and install was professionally done. In total we had 13 windows installed and each one looks fantastic. I can’t believe how big the impact is on the look of the house both inside and out. The crew that installed the windows were on time, professional and friendly. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and their focus on providing great customer service. We’re all surprised at how quiet the house is and how much more evenly it is heated since the windows went in. Overall we are very pleased with our experience with GreenFox and would gladly recommend them to friends and family! Thank you, GreenFox!!

We received quotes from a few different places and GreenFox was by far the easiest to deal with, similar in price and not at all pushy. They came to do a post installation inspection to make sure everything was completely to their standard. Highly recommended!

The installation was professional. Everyone was friendly. They were good at communicating with us and managing their schedule. Even Roman, our sales rep, was awesome! Sasha and his team were excellent installers. Devon, the manager, did a great follow-up. We’ll done Green Fox!
