This is the 2nd time I have adopted from here, and so glad I did. And winky says thank you ❤️I took winky to a vet, because her eye was infected. She had been sick for awhile, and they said nothing.

They helped me with an affordable way to put my kitty to sleep. My Mittens had stomach cancer pretty badly and just couldn’t eat anymore and her medicines weren’t helping. I felt terrible because I couldn’t afford the amount the vet wanted to put her to sleep. I called animal control and they said they could do it for a price I could afford, after all the current tests I had run on her recently my card is maxed out. I didn’t have to let my baby starve to death and I’m forever grateful. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and even wrapping Mittens in the old shirt for me.

I adopted a dog a year ago from here. The dog is very well behaved and we have become very close. The only thing is that some information about the pets they have is limited as far as any background on the pet. But when you rescue/adopt it is to be expected. Love the cleanliness of the pens and condition of the pets from a health stand point. Definitely will adopt from again.

Incredible service for our community. Adopted our dog from here 2 years ago and she's fantastic. Immediately became part of our family. The staff took their time with us to find the right fit for our family and found just the right dog for us. Pit mix full of love and happiness. Thank you for helping us out!! No worries, we know never to leave her unattended with our small kids aha I know pictures might freak certain people out. From day one she's been our best friend.

We lost our Scooby kitty and we have an older cat. They helped us pick an older cat that would get along with mooche. Her name is Garland and she was taken care of for six weeks. She has been a great addition to our home. Thank you

Our Male Cat was getting old & no longer would groom himself and was unable to control his bladder.....I reached out to Brooklyn & she told me that I could call there and make appointment to have him euthanized. They were able to get me in the next morning. I cannot stress enough how caring the whole staff was. They made an already horrible experience so much easier for me.No judgment, only caring & compassionate. Thanks Ladies ❤️❤️❤️With all the negavity in the word, I have nothing but good things to say for this group. Thank You ALL

I adopted a kitten on a Monday. He was rather scared. But normal I brought him home and fed him the food provided and let him be in a room to become comfortable. He hid . Ate little , but drank water. According to his paperwork he was healthy. But that Thursday I took him to a vet to get checked. He had a 105 degree fever and by the time I got to the hospital it was 106. He had seizures and neurological damage. According to the vet he was in a very bad way. The animal control got very defensive and wouldn’t speak to the doctor. Spoke to the tech. According to the vet this cat was very sick and had something very wrong. He had to be put down. He was in such a bad way. This cat according to the vet had to have been sick at the shelter. He had to have had an infectionuous disease that they didn’t test for.So be careful and take any animal you adopt from here to your vet. Also it smelled rather bad. I’ve been in other shelters that didn’t smell like that.
