We left this morning for a trip that would last a few days. One hour in our trip, our car started making noise and as it got worse, we had to stop and try to find a garage that could take us in that same day. We were hours away from our destination, and from where we had left.Bumper to Bumper was able to take us in a few minutes after calling them, even though they were fully booked.They identified the issue (and other possible future issues). They temporarily fix the issue so that we could safely continue with our trip and make our reservations.They were extremely friendly, understanding and explained the issue very well so that we understood what had caused it in the first place.They basically saved our trip and saved us money (by not having to cancel our reservations and not having to find last minute place to spend the night).We’re very grateful for them and recommend them 100%.
