Customer Supports are not very professional! The support ladies answers the phone and the main purpose is not to support is to hang up the phone. Support told me to power off the modem and wait 5-10 mins. Then problem call back. Next Reset, wait 5-10 mins, Problem then call back. However, the issue is the connection from the Rogers line that they could see from their system. If they tell me the Roger line is the problem at the beginning, I do not need to call the supports 3 times. I do not want to mention I need to wait for at least 10 mins to get someone to answer the phone call on each call!! Support is wasting their time and my time!

They are cheap compared to other service providers, but you get what you pay for. We have our home service with them and ever since the beginning it has been nothing but constant problems. Even when you call them they can never explain why we experience issues and their customer service most of time don't understand what you are trying to explain, saying they will get the tech support on it. Would not recommend, unless you want something cheap with constant maintenance you have to do.

Quiet building. Parking is easy and convenient, although didn't see wheelchair specified slot. The company is at the 2nd floor, and the staffs are nice. Flat rate and simple services, no hidden fees, no headache.

We have enjoyed incredible savings for a couple of decades and so much affordable time talking long distance with family and friends. The bills are completely transparent and itemized and the customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this service for your home phone or business. For business there is no fax service, but most things have switched to email anyway and the savings are well worth it. You need to buy your own digital phone and your savings will pay for it quickly, so buy a really good one that you will enjoy. To get set up, follow their instructions carefully and call them if you have any questions. They are supportive throughout the set up and all along the way if you have any concerns. The service is through your internet, so will no longer have a landline or regular 911 - you will need to give your address when calling 911. A small thing to be ready to do for all the savings!
