A couple of weeks ago I bought a stationary bike, I bought it Online. It arrived just 10 days ago, it turns out that the bicycle has come without the monitor that measures the Km, the calories burned, it is not a piece that does not allow me to use the bicycle but it is an important piece. So I sent an email to make the claim and to this day they have not responded to that email. I make a call to speak directly with a person and they take the case, this happened 10 days ago (Mar 01 2023). The person who answers my call tells me that there is no problem, that they will send me the monitor... 10 days have passed and I have no idea what status my claim has, they have not sent me anything, I have called several times and they give me unresolved excuses. At this point I think it would have been much better to go to a store like Decathlon and buy the bike. At least I think my problem would have been solved by now. Apart from all this, the bike is good, of good quality with the exception that the steering wheel is a little loose and moves...

I purchased an Air Rower & Speed Bike from Montreal Weights. From start to finish the Customer Service was Impeccable! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful! There was a late issue with one of the machines being sent via cargo ship to warehouse but I was provided with two options that were both to my benefit (which most companies would not do) <$65 approx strong rubber mat to go under my bike for free with either option I chose (mismatch machine colour or a delay to get correct colour) either way I was getting the free mat. They kept me informed all the way through via email and I could DL an app to track (but didn’t need to as they advised me on every update). Package came at designated date, and we quite easy to set up per instructions, however if you buy the rower Pls note that when you need to insert the frame (under the moving seat) you will need to lift the frame upwards and angle the frame into the specified section where the fan is) you can see this on the picture however, the written document is not as clear. OVERALL, I am very pleased, everything was in working order, I love my purchase and with never dealing with this company prior-everything was excellent AND they send me workouts via email since my purchase which was another Amazing Surprise.. oh and if you post pics to their social media with your equipment your entered into their draws for cash to use towards other purchases! AMAZEBALLS! 5 Stars all around!!

Poor customer service, it feels like they are trying to wait out the warranty time period.Purchased a treadmill and it wasn't working correctly almost immediately, troubleshot it with one of their reps and it seemed to work okay after that for a few months.Now the band is slipping and they're trying to say its due to improper maintenance, which isn't true. I've kept extremely good care of my treadmill because for me it was an investment. I have also followed every instruction they have given me to try and fix the issue.It was a lot of money to spend on something that only worked for a few months.

Superior customer experience. Excellent communication regarding billing and shipping of items. I appreciate the updates by email informing when the payment will be taken from your account and upon completion of payment for an item a confirmation email is sent. The SE Magnetic 2.0 Spin bike was easy to assemble and I am very satisfied with the equipment. No Regrets!

High quality, reasonably priced products with so many favourable reviews. Bought a trainer for my bike—and it runs flawlessly. Great to support a Canadian business that cares.

Great gear and great service. It’s all brand new still so we’ll see how it holds up. I got the Power Rack, Nuo Style 70pd adjustable Dumbells, and their Olympic barbell. Pretty slick stuff. Recommend if you’re on the fence with other brands. Especially the adjustable dumbbells. These feel like real weights no matter what weight you’re lifting. No goofy long spines with random pieces pulling in and out as you adjust.

I was worried that the power rack would be flimsy, but it’s super solid. The Ultimate Bundle made it easy to build a home gym that was compact and affordable. My fiancé and I decided that it would be worth the investment as we spent the same amount that our gym memberships would cost us in 20 months. We use our equipment everyday, and it’s been so much easier to work out hard and efficiently without having to wait for equipment or leave my house

me and my partner own a gym in toronto, and we were treated horribly by their staff and management team. we were still under warranty and they would not give an exchange or refund for a defective product. they expected us to call multiple times, would not respond to our emails. and their general disregard when we did finally manage to get them on the phone was quite off putting and rude. the little guy does matter, and from one business owner to another, service is the most important. I will not be buying anything from them anymore and I hope the management team sees this so they can work on their business flaws moving forward
