Incredibly knowledgeable and terrific job listening to what our needs were and finding items that worked for us. Also an outstanding collection of quality products, especially these days when everyone blames supply chain" for reduced stock - not here

Great place for your travel needs. Great variety and great conversations. I'm sure if have travel questions, this is the place to ask them. Next time I need anything travel related, this is the only place I'll go.

I'm extremely happy with my first online shopping experience with them. The shop put effort in packaging the goods to prevent damage. My bags came in thick liners, so that they wouldn't be damaged accidentally when cutting open the box. The online experience was smooth and shipping was fast.

Great selection of luggage and accessories and even better price points. Scott was able to repair my SECRID wallet onsite!!I'll be back for the leather bag my wife likes...anniversary is next month.

My experience with Thomas at Urban Traveller cannot be described in any other way besides astonishingly gratifying. Thomas was nothing short of conscientious and courteous. After listening considerately to my raised concerns about my luggage, he explained to me in comprehensive detail what he would do to fix my luggage, evidence of the depth of his knowledgeability and acumen in luggage repair. Thomas was prompt even though I told him that I was reconciled to travel without the bag on the trip I had coming up in 3 weeks (due to being mishandled by the luggage brand company itself as well as by another far, far, FAR inferior luggage repair hovel that I previously had taken my bag to). It was just over 2 weeks when Thomas called to notify me that my luggage was ready to be picked up, and this is when I discovered that Thomas was more than just true to his word, he addressed every concern I raised and fixed everything possible meticulously, completely, carefully and with a degree of mindfulness that is evident only when you see the result. He did much to redeem the luggage brand of my bag, far surpassing any expectation I held. My experience with Urban Traveller is wholly satisfactory due to the incredible asset they have in Thomas. Thank you so much.

The customer service with this company in Burlington goes above and beyond . I had an issue with the delivery company used with damaged packaging . I called Scott at Urban Traveller and not only did he return calls and address the issue right away he also jumped in his car and drove from Burlington to north of London to deliver a new piece of luggage to replace the other . He also expedited other luggage I ordered and delivered them as well. He gave a tutorial on features of the luggage . He is very personable and engaging and a delight to deal with . This is a trustworthy and committed business that I will come back to in the future with our travel needs .

Absolutely loved our experience today. Came in and had the lovely Dasha offer her expertise. She is so knowledgeable and such a gem! She took her time to show us all the features to our luggage and more. She is very calm and reassured us of our purchase. You should be so lucky to have such a wonderful employee as her!! This is a store entirely deserving of the 5-star review. Their website is a good one, but the in-store experience is superior. My husband called the store in advance and spoke to Thomas, who advised that they had four of the Briggs & Riley backpacks (ZDX) I was looking to buy in stock. We drove from downtown Toronto out to their store in Burlington as I wanted to have a good look before buying. Walking in the store was a welcoming experience. My husband mentioned the call and Thomas quickly grabbed the item to display, setting up a luggage rack so I could check out the bag. We talked for a while and I wasn’t 100% sure, even though I had checked out many reviews. He then showed me the Baseline model (BL300) and it was perfect. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and there was zero pressure. He turned on the embossing machine (as the bag comes with that as a free option) and I asked while we waited about sling packs. He provided a great review and I ended up leaving with an Osprey Daylite Sling as well as the Briggs & Riley Baseline backpack. Thrilled with both purchases, but as much so because of the fantastic service. While we were alone in the store for a short bit with Thomas and two other UT staff, the store quickly filled up and it was obvious that their expertise is appreciated in the area. We will definitely return for future purchases.
