My friend and I came in for the 3 piercings for $60 offer. Awesome experience while getting my nose and helix piercing done with my friend. Steven was amazing, kept me calm and made the experience super easy and tolerable. Will definitely come back with more friends!

I must admit this place is amazing! Stephen did my piercings and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. He was professional, calm and gentle. I felt safe and comfortable. The process was quick and almost painless. P&P is definitely top 2 for me. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet, even the tattoo artist! 10/10 for professionalism, cleanliness and good vibes.

Had a great experience the other day walking in to get the 3 for $60 piercing deal. Everyone was so chill there and helped me decide on what piercings to get while being comforting. Place was clean and piercings were done quick.

I came for my first ever tattoo. Dino is awesome! Very educational, professional, and overall great guy. My tattoo turned out great, and it was a very good price with the summer deal they have on right now, which is only $80 for a toonie sized tattoo. Returning soon!

Pleasure and Pain just isn't a very good place to get pierced unfortunately. I would maybe trust them for lobes but nothing beyond that - My nose was pierced really poorly (performed at a bad angle, given a post that was too short and caused embedding; billed another $20 for a very low-quality black hoop which caused irritation) and I struggled with infection for a long time and eventually visited a more reputable studio for help before it finally healed.I personally know a good number of other people in the area who went for the 3 for $60 piercings deal - of course, why wouldn't you? - and ended up having to get some or all of the jewelry pulled due to poor initial service resulting in infections. In addition, more reputable piercers in the area and in Toronto have all advised against visiting this studio.

Came in for a piercing and right away the staff were super welcoming and the shop was clean. Seven did an amazing job with my piercing, very gentle and ensured I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be back!

Not happy with the tattoo.Had a cancer ribbon put on my hand, never told that it might not take, anyway went back and was told that I would have to pay to touch up. So I decided to outline it, paid more money for outline and can't even see it 2 weeks later. Called the store 3 times already with no outcome. Owner (senior) said he would call me back but never did, called again the next day (juinor) owner got on the phone, and still no outcome. Tattoo already cost me 300 and they are looking for more money.My opinion is don't go there if you want good customer service or they are willing to correct something without ripping you off for more money.I will be going to the BBB and put in a complaint.Think carefully before going there .
