Clear printing, and friendly, quick service. However, there is not quite enough service. I came on a Saturday morning and just one employee was bravely handling the queue of customers. Classic understaffing. When I asked whether my printing could be done on special paper, I was told there was no time for it today, because the act of moving the paper into the machine was too time consuming given the volume of work this one person had on her shoulders. She was coping very well, but having two people behind the desk might help.Update: I gave 2 stars initially, when I wrote the above a few weeks ago. I reduced the rating to 1 star today after reading the following reply from the owner: Thank you for posting a review. We appreciate all the feedback. Unfortunately during the holiday season the we have a high volume work load. We do try to accommodate all requests. As with most shipping / printing small businesses Saturdays are less staffed to give Staff members much needed time off in order to be fully accommodating during the busy weekdays."The owner's reply didn't deny that there was a problem worth acknowledging

I understand they were completely swamped and probably deal with rude customers all day, however they told me to lie on my customs forms so it would get through faster and overall seemed not to care/have any clue about the right UTS code for my shipment.Very rude and couldn’t care less about helping you.

I was a first time client in crisis. The printing house had dropped the ball and I was in urgent need of shipping 60 large boxes to the U.S. What a relief to know I can depend on Ramzi and his team at this UPS store for exceptional customer service in the future. Highly recommend!

Ramzi the owner is awesome. His employee Andy also very attentive. Great customer service. I’m always grateful for next day delivery, and the price always blows my mind. Soooo reasonable for a delivery that is a 3 Hour Drive . It would cost more in gas! I ride bike long way to use this particular store! Thanks guys.

I wish ups would use package closer pickup points with better hours, or use penguin pickup like other couriers. At least a few evening days would make it possible for me to pick up my package. Given how far my work is from home and how far this place is from home I’ve been unable to pick up a package for weeks

I am so pleased with the service at this store. Through the years Ramzi has given me excellent advice when sending my packages about documentation and price. This time I had to sent medication to my husband and as always, he is meticulous about the documentation required and the challenges I might face. He even followed up. He deserves kudos for his excellent service.
