Very unsatisfied after he replaced my mother's hip and she was in excruciating pain for weeks and weeks. Now we find out that one of the bones was cracked and her hip is a very different size than the original. All we're told is that happens some times "...Seriously?!?!"

The education classes at the Hip and Knee Institute are excellent. They should be mandatory for individuals getting hip and knee replacements. The exercises they suggest prior to surgery are so important to a quick recovery. They explain everything you need to know about your replacement and welcome questions. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I can't say enough about their programs.
