Do yourself a favor and look up your dress size yourself by googling the dressmaker's name and size chart." I ordered a bridesmaid's dress from this place remotely. The bride lives nearby and I live across the country. I gave them my measurements over the phone and they told me I needed to order a much large size than I usually wear. I figured that they knew what they were talking about. When the dress arrived it was humongous. It's at the tailor right now and they are taking 9 inches out of the bodice! The tailor said that this salon probably told me I needed a larger size

We ordered our 7 tuxes and purchased one bridesmaid dress for our wedding. No discount given for 6 or more tuxes being rented. Customer service is not top priority for them. We ended up with 2 different vests which had to be picked up the morning of the wedding, they were rude when I called to check on the tuxes originally, and it is difficult to get in and try on or drop off rentals with hours 10-5 except on Thursdays. On a lighter note the bridesmaid dress was beautiful and the tuxes were of good quality.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from here because we received a discount" on our dresses because the bride purchased her dress here. Because of my experiences I will never be going back. They were constantly calling me because they told me I forgot to make an appointment when I already had the previous day

Sister and bridal is an ok place to shop from dresses. The dresses are super expensive and the customer service isn't great except for lana who is very knowledgeable about the establishment!

I bought my wedding dress from Sisters and cannot thank them enough for their help! Jenny encouraged me to try on a dress I didn’t think I was meant to have which turned out to be the one. They have an authentic crew who only wants to help you shine on your special day!

I didn't find my dress here, but I did love the experience. The staff was amazing and I love the way they display their dresses here. They did work very hard to find exactly what I was looking for in my price range. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses and mother of the bride dresses.

Sisters Bridal ordered the wrong bridesmaid dresses. They wrote the number down correctly on paper, however when they ordered it, they did not type the number correctly. They attempted to reorder the dress 1.5 months prior to the wedding, but couldn't verify that it would arrive before the wedding date, stringing the bridal party along a couple more weeks longer with little information and no guarantee or compensation on anything. The unverifiable and continuously changing/pushed out arrival date of the dresses by the shop owner left us with no dress in hand, and no additional discounts or rushed alterations provided through the shop. It gave us no option but to cancel the order all together, 2.5 weeks before the wedding. We went to Valerie's in New Ulm and had to buy off their rack due to no time left for a rushed order, but their customer service was second to none by both Alexa and Valerie. They offered discounts on both the dresses and shoes we purchased through them because they felt so bad for how we were treated at the shop across town. They had many dresses to choose from and created a silver lining to a terrible experience. Due to the extremely poor customer service and overall way we were treated, I would never recommend Sisters Bridal and Tux. They only care about not taking a hit on their mistakes and truly seem like they could care less about ruining a part of a bride's most important day. At the end of the day, all we got from them was a Whoops...""

Sisters was a nice place to visit with friendly staff. The lady that was helping us find dresses did a wonderful job as we really weren't sure what we wanted. She listened to the bride and made great suggestions. The dressing room set up was nice because we were all together and a few of us could try dresses on together. I would recommend Sisters to anyone!

Walked in and had to remove shoes...ok would be fine if one of staff and another customer wasnt wearing dirty nasty shoes. Cause i want to have to walk in their dirt. Wow. From there only got worse she takes me over to a rack and tells me these are last years dresses they are half off the tag but the sizes are what there is. Cant order different. Why would i want that. Then i tell her well i want to see the new dresses she gets huffy about it and like ten mins later comes back with a rack of maybe a dozen dresses so i start looking another staff comes over pulls the rack away and moves it across room so when i go to it i find one i like and ask how much since there no tag. She gets huffy and comes back 5 mins later saying 600 dollars. Plus 229 to rent a suit. The store has horrible service and straight up highway robbery prices. Ill never set foot in their again and if ur smart u will run away.

Did a tux fitting and Lou was rude and made us feel like we were a burden. The rest of the staff were friendly.
