I’ve had an outstanding experience with Daniel exchange. They are very reliable and fast in their service. They’ve been in the business for so many years and unlike the newer currency exchanges that pop up every day around the town with no roots, they are principled, professional and trustworthy.

I have been using their professional service since 2019 and it couldn't be any better. The owner gentleman, Mr. Kamal, is so nice, helpful, polite and down to the earth. In a very recent occasion, I asked him to expedite a wire transfer and he went the extra mile to make it happen. It took him more than an hour making calls to different banks, but he did it to help me have peace of mind. You deserve more than 5 star!

We are using Daniel Currency Exchange services for many years. They treat their client fairly and we never had any issue. Their rates are fair and reasonable. Their team are well trained and their services are quick. I have recommended them to all my friends.

I went there to buy euro for myself and another family member. I did two transactions. When they were complete and I had the euro in hand the other gentleman (I think was the owner) came over and said there was a mistake, that because both transactions amounted to over $10,000 it would have to be one transaction under my name and must be reported to the government (that would of been nice to know before going through all that). Because I wanted a separate receipt for my family member and plus my portion of the money I could justify where the money came from, I thought it wasn't best to do that, so I gave back the family members portion of the transaction. I understand the rules are the rules. The gentleman then told me I could exchange it after 24 hours and to come back the next day after 3pm. It was a Friday. I went back the next day and they were closed. Amazing. No misunderstandings here on my part. How could he not know the hours of his business.

Just tried to exchange Australia dollars for Canadian dollars and they refused to accept older bills. Unprofessional and no explanation. Money is money folks! Old bills are valued the same as new, every country prints new bills and old bills hold their value. Sorry you lost business! Sad business if you ask me.

Was skeptical because of people saying there might be fake reviews but my experience was great. Super quick service, I exchanged dollars for euros and got a receipt and left within 2 minutes. Good exchange rates too.

How to get the best exchange rate: Just get a rate from VBCE and ask your bank branch to match that rate.Dce: Rate is ok, but the lady and her supervisor friend refuse to accept one of the $20 USD bill with 10% of the corners missing.( I got the money from the bank) They to me to take it to the bank to change it. I said if I can change it then you can too. Bad customer service, I would definitely spend another 20min going through the bank lane to get that $20 bill swapped. If the bill is good for the bank, then it’s probably good for you guys to take in too. What a waste of time.

Great experience buying US currency here....much cheaper than the banks and often cheaper than VBCE. Quick, efficient service - I would definitely recommend them!
