Paid for the diagnosis which you can waver if you decide to have them fix your computer, and although it was only a loose cable, I picked my laptop up from them and they charged me no additional costs. Very friendly and prompt staff. Will definitely take my computer there again.

These guys are great. I had purchased an expensive laptop from Dell, and within three days I dropped it in accidentally broke the screen . They have been a really great help with good advice, recommendations and repair. My new go to place for electronic repairs. Thanks guys.
