I ordered Veggie Cliantro Lime wrap today at 12:40 pm Date May 3,2023. They gave me a Chicken wrap unfortunately I have taken a bite from it that’s literally a worst service ever. Being a pure vegetarian that was against my Religion. Management needs to check in that

Today me and my friend visited at this tim horton in the evening time. It was not busy that much. There was only one girl working; therefore we decided to wait. She looked at us; however didn’t informed anything or greeted as customer service should be. Later on, some of her friends showed up and she was continuously talking with them and start preparing their order; instead of asking us as we were the one who came first. I just want to say that it was such a disappointed behaviour. We felt neglected.

I ordered a farmers wrap with bacon and sausage with no egg. I got a wrap with bacon, sausage, cheese & sauce with no hash brown so I brought it back and reordered the same thing, received the second one with no bacon. Highly disappointed by the service from this location!

Coffee is good but the space is so so much noisy and annoy not because of human. It comes from ventilation machine. Wonder why they don’t fix it for so long. I live near by and just using drive through. Not suggest for dine in.

Great friendly service, fresh hot coffee, and the baked goods display was perfect. I have never seen a Tim's display of donuts, muffins, cookies, croissants, pastries, timbits and scones so well stocked, tidy and eye-catching. I mean the timbits were almost stacked. This was fantastic. Definitely going back tomorrow before I leave PEI to return to BC

Overall since they were closed to Fiona the overall reliability of this tims has gone up drastically! Always fast and always hot!
