Awake Or Asleep Dentistry

I had extensive work done in January 2023. Three hours under general anaesthetic. I was grateful for that, and 6 months later, I have no complications. The dentist is extremely diligent and accurate in his work, but has very little people skills and borders on coming across as arrogant and rude.Last week, I decided to treat myself by getting my teeth bleached. When I called to inquire, it was explained to me that the procedure involved three 15-minute sessions. Other questions were answered to my satisfaction.Upon arrival, I signed the consent forms, which also outlined the three 15-minute sessions.The hygienist started getting me prepped. The first red flag happened when she was arranging the dental implements in my mouth and said, obviously thinking out loud: does it go like that?" To which I answered

I brought my daughter here to be sedated and have some cavities filled. The procedures were all explained to me and a quote for the total estimated cost was given before any treatment was completed. The staff took very good care of my daughter during her procedure and Dr. Golovanov did very neat and tidy fillings. Overall I’m very very pleased. Thank you Awake or Asleep Dentistry.

My biggest fear was having my Root Canal done, but the doctor and nurse and the staff, all did their best to reassure me, and explain the step by step process. My best advice is too follow the guidelines and instructions that the doctor gives you if they are going to put you to sleep, because it works. To be honest, I am a difficult patient and the mere fact that they were able to get me through my Root Canal without stress, makes them, My Goto dentist for difficult dental problems

My husband started going here and we had such a good experience we decided to bring the whole family. The staff is amazing. They are always friendly and accommodating. So happy we made the switch.

They’re patient and understanding and want what’s best for you.Dr. Golovanov is a straight shooter. No nonsense. Gets right down to business and tells you like it is.
