After getting hung up on again, treated like a beggar because, “[i am] not a tenant anymore”, I come to do the least I can and warn others about Jane.We rented a beautiful unit in The Pinnacle, Hamilton. We had a good relationship with every superintendent that rotates through our building. Jane was always rude and cold though, specially towards my fiancé. Her customer service skills are the worst I’ve experience in my 11 years in Canada. Avoid dealing with her, taking any advise from her or just don’t move into a Valery Home property. She will cut short any communications attempt you might have with others in her office. All roads lead to her, and she won’t answer. No communication from months, will hung up on you and will not care to hear a word from you.AVOID her and that toxic place!!!

I am moving into valery homes townhouses on December 1,2021. I am so happy to be living in a clean secure safe complex. The superintendent Monique has been wonderful!! She is kind, helpful, polite, compassionate, friendly and professional!Knowing there is someone who is here to help in any way makes moving here so much easier.

Valery Homes Management Team are not the Greatest. Monique the superintendent is Wonderful but can't always come in a timely manner. In my opinion She needs a helper, she does way to much and always go go go. I am still waiting on stuff to be done,fixed and to be cleaned but I believe it is not her fault but on Valery Homes. Been in my unit over a year now. I believe Valery Management have certain other tenants whom run the complex running others out and putting in false complaints. They're truly unbelievable and they should seriously consider there other tenants and requests more seriously. It's pretty sad when u have to get police or put up security cameras, recordings and pictures and more to prove that it's other tenants not you doing damage etc. to the property u are renting.

Been waiting 6 years for this slumlord to fix my windows and doors and do something about the cockroaches but haven't even had my apartment looked at once. And the bathroom faucet has been leaking for over a year now too. It's starting to rust, so gonna cost him even more when he finally fixes it.

1 star rating remains. Threatened with legal action for giving an honest review, but it's not libel when it's the truth, and people need to know what they're getting into when renting from this property management company. If there weren't a clause in the lease about pests and them not being responsible for damages to their tenants' property, I'd be suing for damages for all the furniture, appliances and belongings I've had to throw out because of cockroaches and bed bugs. We're sitting at over $5000 worth of items we have to replace.

To be avoided!!Cars are vandalized every day in their paid basement parking lot but they refuse to have cameras installed despite multiple complaints.They will simply tell you to go to the police knowing that they won't be able to do much without witnesses or camera footage.How not to see the complicity of the staff in this story! Not to mention the lack of maintenance of the building itself at 851 Lawrence rd Hamilton on L8K 6B9 or any other building in the group I imagine.

The superintendent is amazing and alway out fixing things and doing everything she can to get things cleaned up and ensure the tenants are happy.

I live at 238 highway 8, and Monique is a good super she is always out fixing pot holes in the road and organizing big garbage bins to come, egg hunts for the kids, pumpkin carving. She cares alot and trys her best.

We purchased one of their VIVA condos. Unfortunately it has been a truly unpleasant experience. Maybe they put more focus on their homes, but their condos are an embarrassment. The fit and finish of the building us absolute garbage. The alarm system continuously goes off at random times in the day and night...a problem since we moved in. Argh, to many problems to list. This building was built by first year apprentices is all I can say. STAY AWAY!!!

We just had the pleasure of buying our new home with Valery homes in Oakville Ontario. I cant believe how simple and easy it was, this was all due to the help and guidance provided by Valery homes. Starting the whole process the sales rep LOU, who explained every single model very thoroughly and worked within our budget to find our dream home. On our design appointment there were tons of good options to choose from and Terri, our design consultant even gave us an option to add another bedroom and washroom to our home with finished basement. This was a huge plus for our big family. We are excited to see how our home would turn out and looking forward to work again with Valery homes in future. Last but not the least I would like to thank the admin team at Valery Homes head office for excellent communication.
