Bought online from them for the first time.. and what would perhaps be the last. I ordered a complete board which was poorly shipped in an overly large box with absolutely no padding whatsoever (literally just threw the board in the box and wrapped it up), to then find that the board I ordered seemed like it had been previously used. With numerous paint scuffs, dirt/grime and even damage to the board itself, I was not impressed to say the least. I'm all for free shipping but are you kidding me?Come on guys. You can surely do better than that.

Great location, staff are always really friendly and helpful. I have come here a few times for skateboard parts/questions for my sons skateboard and parts.I know nothing about skateboards so they are great to help me with the right answers as well as recommendations for how as well as for later on as my son gets better. Will definitely be coming back here again.

100% my fav shop. It has amazing 90's styled clothing. Their fall, winter, and spring clothing is the best in my opinion.Some clothing peices I have got from this shop is a tight blue top, 90's styled butterfly top, 2 space jam windbreakers, a yellow nickelodeon jacket, and prob more I'm forgetting.I highly recomend if you're into 90's vintege style. Whenever I wear clothing from this shop I get complements.The staff are very kind and helpful too. LOVE talking to them.

LOVE zumiez soo much! The clothes there are awesome. The accessories are awesome. Let's be honest.. everything there is just AWESOME. Even there skateboards and stickers. LOVE IT!!

The staff is amazing! Not sure his name but he has a beard! Customer service is top notch. He gave my daughter a poster they weren't using and she was the happiest kid!

No sizes for men's clothing about a med or large, bought a pair of shorts to go on vacation with, and they didn't remove the dye tag. Wasn't able to bring them with, and now have to drive all the way back to the mall to get it removed. With the price of gas this is really annoying and frustrating.

Bought christmas presents off Zumiez online store.. just got notification that my CC info was compromised (via snail mail from Zumiez).Glad Zumiez owned up to it... but it was a total PITA to have my CC stolen.Could have at least provided me with a store credit for the hours of work it take to get these events cleared up.
