Good location; it's half the size of the one on the other side of Britannia, but that doesn't mean it has a better selection, so it's worth checking both out if you can. I find this one is inexplicably busier than the other location, however. Overall it's always a good visit, always clean and tidy even during peak seasons.

Winners in Heartland, Mississauga is a go-to store for stylish and affordable finds. The store offers a wide range of clothing, accessories, and home goods. I came here for a suitcase and found a Jessica Simpson suitcase for $100 dollars. Not a bad price however there's grease stains and scratches on the suitcase. I asked another representative of Winners before if there was another one in the back before going to the cash. The cashier was so helpful however the cashier, Luz next to mine was so rude when we asked for a discount and described the situation. She actually tried to wipe off the grease with spray and a napkin, damaging it even more. Luz said it's cheap so you shouldn't have a problem buying it" and "if you don't want it then don't shop at winners". I was so understanding and nice about this issue. This is not a welcoming response from Winner's. The manager conversed in their own language about me while laughing and staring at me. We told her she's ruining the suitcase. Luz is not even the manager so I'm not sure why she has so much attitude. Luz is unprofessional and probably persuaded herself into that job because she has no customer service skills at all. I will be reporting this Winners along with Luz to head office."

Very clean & organized.I have bought yesterday my cabin bag & previously clothes & house decor supplies.Always best resource for finding anything & everything.

Customer service is quite pleasant, however there isn't much variety at this location. I struggled to discover many unique finds or what a seasonal appropriate dress. Many items from dresses to shoes were low in stock. But they do carry a unique variety for skincare!

Used to be a good winners store with good customer service. I did a return with Bianca this morning and she has no customer service skills whatsoever. No greeting at all and she never spoke telling me how much my refund was. She just slid me my receipt after. I usually say thank you to whoever is serving me, but her vibe was off so I just left. From other reviews this seems like normal behaviour from her. What a shame.

Number 1 between all winners in GTA,- Have RUN WAY FASHION, For women, men and kids- The store very huge- The store busy all the day, and the line up moving fast- The workers very professional and friendly- If you looking for the brands, you will find in this store- They have recycling option for makeup named “ Beauty Collection Program”- Even on peak time, the store cleaned and organized

Huge and great collection of jackets. And recently they have added all new collection for Christmas. In love with the cute Christmas cutlery. Great options with great value. Wide range of cutlery.

Well organized location. Good variety. Lots of staff at the cashier for fast checking out. Having said this, yet still, there are lines as this location and heartland in general is very very busy everywhere.
