I went in to pay a bill when the store first opened and 2 customers were there just before me to shop for new phones and plans. There was only 1 employee working, Lydia A., so I waited patiently for 10 minutes until the other employee arrived. The 2nd employee arrived and he began to help the next people in line who were also shopping for a phone, so I politely asked the customers if they would mind if I went ahead of them to just pay a bill which takes 2 minutes. The customers kindly agreed to let me go ahead and pay my bill. Lydia A. was using the computer that could process my payment so she had to assist me.Typically when I go in to pay my phone bill I provide them with my phone number and the employee enters the information and off I go within 2 minutes. Lydia A. decides rather than assisting me for 2 minutes that I’ll have to do it myself so she can get back to her customer. I informed her that I’ve never done it that way so I’m not sure how. She replied “you’re budding the line, so you’ll have to figure it out”. We begin to go back and forth where I explained to her that the customers agreed that it is ok for me to pay my bill since their transactions would take longer. Lydia A. then proceeds to tell me that I’m making her “shake” so she’s refusing to touch my phone and help me because she’ll “drop it” if she touches my phone. I thought this was completely ridiculous for an employee to say and it left me speechless. It was to the point I had to ask if Lydia A. was joking with me and if she is having a bad morning. She again responded that I should just wait and not bud the line. So again I asked the customer she was helping if he minded that she was helping me, he replied “it’s fine”. But Lydia A. insisted that he was only agreeing because I was making him feel “uncomfortable”. I felt extremely offended by that statement. Lydia A. then decided to print the paper and hand it to me with no instructions on how to do it and told me to “just read it”. This process could’ve been expedited much faster if Lydia A. would have been helpful. Something that could have taken 2 min resulted in a 30 min process.On my way out a gentleman stopped me and commented that Lydia A. had also been rude to him and he hopes she gets fired. Unfortunately I would have to agree. After that experience she should not be working at that establishment.

I went fo chatr on Sunday am. andthe service agent Guri was really excellent with checking my data and helping me toUninstall sites that slowed my phone...I am amazed at historical proficiency and quick and personal helpThank you.I will tell family and friends to convert to chatr ! !Henry

Karan provided us with excellent customer service. So, easy and smooth transition from freedom to chatr by him and also transferred my data from old to new device. Would highly recommend this location to my friends.

Awesome services and great display set up for consumers to get what they are seeking on the run. Love the assortment of models for all phones and they also offer deal's to all people with various needs and often will seek answers if they can. This great addition to the food court floor area will offer and serve more people in need of assistance as often customer's needs are usually on a personalized and now days customer's but when they see the item's properly displayed.

Ported from Roger's to chatr. The plans are much cheaper and no extra charges. Karen at the chatr store was really helpful and I appreciate his help for this smooth transition.

I first went to best buy thinking I'd want to buy a phone for my mom and asked if I could refund the phone in case she doesn't like it and they said yes, I have 14 days. I even checked on the chatr website that as long as I have the receipt and all the materials included with the phone in original packaging then I can return it and get refund within 14 days.I came to this location, bought a phone and my mom didn't like it. I come back the next day after purchasing the phone wanting to do a refund and is told I can only exchange"

Sahil saved me soooo much time, money, and hassle! He knows his stuff and had a solution for every issue that I had when it came to my plan and phone. This man is a subject matter expert! Excellent experience.

I like Chatr and I love my plan. I've been with the company over two years. The reason why it's not five stars is because of these lockdowns there's no luck with finding work. Money is super tight and I with they'd give a decent percentage off for a new phone. I've been without a phone since new years. I wish they'd help loyal customers.

Guri helped us so much!! I was so stressed and overwhelmed trying to deal with the general Chatr line with NO help- once I was connected with Guri he helped me SOOO MUCH! He got us a much better deal then we could of ever expected, I truly hope the Manager of this location offers some sort of bonus or compensation as he exceeded any expectation, and actually relieved my fustrations!- Krista Hochgrafe
