I totally recommend TMAC since the instructors Harrisan & AJ do take the time to work with kids individually if needed. My son can be challenging to work with and yet they are able to get to his level to enforce the necessary disciplines: respect; self confidence; self defence along with patterns, sparring and break test while keeping it engaging & fun. Clean facilities and great work out for kids! Parents you will not regret.

We absolutely recommend this facility! Our daughter enjoyed her first free trial class last Friday & she will be going back for another one! My husband & I are really impressed the way Sifu (teacher) AJ teaches the children. He is very patient, motivating & he teach with humour. Taekwon-do is a great way for children to learn new skills and at the same time stay active!

Great place to learn TaeKwondo. Son has been going to TMAC for 2 years+. Instructors are all amazing and take great care with all the students. Thankful to have found this place.

I would highly recommend this school to any parent or adult who wants a superior program for his/her child. The atmosphere is very family oriented. It’s a great school with many students. This is a place where you will work out hard, sometimes you’ll feel great and sometimes you’ll want to cry, but when you come out of it you will be amazed at how your confidence, spirit and body have grown!

We just knew the Taekwondo Martial Arts Connection and Fitnesses through on Facebook. My kids tried a free trial class and they enjoyed. The instructor was really nice and friendly. We also did register already. Recommend everybody come and try this school.

This review is not adulation for the establishment for the sake of such, I've truly been acquainted with incredibly assiduous people and mentors here I truly never thought I would have the honour of meeting in this lifetime. And whilst at times it may be a bit disheartening to not immediately get a kick or trick as fast as the others, this establishment constantly instills and reinforces the value one may retain from framing it as an opportunity to ameliorate one's own resilience and work harder at honing your skill. I truly harbour great reverence to this place, and adamantly vouch for the integrity and quality of this place and the training received here. From the camaraderie built to the sedulous nature garnered by every pupil at this establishment, this place sincerely fosters an ideal environment for self-growth and learning taekwondo.

The instructors are very knowledgeable & super friendly! Our kids have been learning with Master AJ, for nearly 7 years & still enjoy coming to classes! They return home sweaty & happy! Would highly recommend this school! The instructor is very passionate and well-versed in his craft. The atmosphere is great and very clean. If you want to pick up the taekwondo skill or even improve your personal fitness, this place will certainly help achieve that!
