Had some issues with my older coast spas hot tub. Don't know much about hot tubs but I was having some issues and codes pop up. I talked to the parts department I think his name was Chris, he helped me get the parts I needed to fix my hot tub. I was told the pump and other pieces I got would fix my issue and Chris was right. Thank you for helping me do this myself and save me some money. Highly Recommend the parts department here!!!!!

I’ve usually experienced good service here and have purchased a hot tub, gazebo, and accessories in the past; however my experience with your sales person “Mackenzie” today makes me want to bring my regular business elsewhere. She has zero customer service skills and is exceptionally rude. I’m highly disappointed and hope that this will be addressed with her by management; I had higher expectations for your staff team and she has left a terrible impression of your facility as a whole.

Recently purchased a swim spa from here and could not be happier. Terry was great and steered me in the right direction and the reason I made the purchase from here. The swim spa was installed and ready to use within 3 weeks. Within a week of installation the service dept. sent Jacob over to teach me the ins and outs. He was very knowledgeable and a massive help. Great purchase from a local company!!

What do you do with your 18 year old spa when it breaks? You call Kyle in service!!What could have easily been misdiagnosed at a cost $1500+, was solved for $107. This was due to Kyle willingly sharing his knowledge and expertise over multiple phone calls. “Try this…and call me back”, he said. Then a couple more calls back and forth until the real Problem was isolated. He had the parts in stock and was polite, professional and glad to see me when I arrived for the pieces. An hour later, I’m enjoying my Spa again. Nicely done, Sir!

They provide great service. We take sample of our hot tub water and they tell us how to clean it. No expectation to buy anything. They also have good service department. I didn’t buy my hot tub from the so I can’t comment on that.

We’ve had a spa from coast spas for years and they are always so helpful. We bring in a water sample and they right down exactly what we need to do! Makes it so easy to care for our hot tub. Highly recommend checking them out for their wonderful customer service!
