Actually they deserve 0/5 rating.Very rude, unprofessional attitude.Especially the guy named Martin doesn't want to come out for inspection before window cut.They cannot realize that if you are doing a basement window you need to first plan and give directions if required.They cameout without inspecting the site and wasted my time asking me to dig 1 foot more from either side with 2 feet depth. I asked them to wait They replied that they are quite busy and will come back on the same day Once i am done, i called them they replied that they are not interested.They sucks professionally.i will not recommend to anyone these unprofessional, illiterate and disrespectful people.DONT GO EVEN THEY ASK FOR $100 FOR WINDOW CUT.

RDK Concrete Cutting removed the concrete from my backyard when they said they were going to, in the time they said it would take, and at the price they quoted. What more could you ask for?Martin, Bob, Noah, Jay, and the other guys (I'm sorry, I'm forgetting everyone's name) were very professional, and respectful. They were very throughout, we chatted on the phone first about the project, they came to the site to verify the job details, and everything went according to plan the day of. They have their process down, the machinery drop off and pick up went smoothly. They also kept in touch with me, and kept in the loop with the progress.Highly recommend them for any of your concrete cutting needs. Thanks RDK super excited for an actual backyard!

RDK driver dangerously cut me off. Speed went from 88kmh to 50kmh in an 80. highway 5 at 5:20pm. No apologetic wave. Driver needs training immediately. Wouldn't recommend this company based on the irresponsibility and lack of respect from their drivers. Imagine how that translates to the work they're doing for you ? Yikes...

Fast, efficient and professional. They worked within the space available and got the job done (8' off the floor, 8 holes through block) with very minimal impact on our drywall and insulation. A quick wipe with a wet towel and it's like they were never there... except for the holes of course. Perfectly round
