Unbelievably professional and will work to get you the best price plan and phone available..Do you yourself a favor and go see this man if you are shopping for a new phone or are cheaper plan! After unhelpful calls with the dial-in Bell Mobility help line, I waited outside of the Bell Mobility store, hoping to be the first in the morning to get help with my smart watch. I waited, and waited; 15 minutes past opening as the workers who I could see chatting in the back failed to open up for the morning. (They have since apologized as I gave them feedback on this)Ryan at the Wireless Wave kiosk saw me waiting and called me over and offered to help me as they can help with Bell stuff too! My problem was particularly tricky and Ryan juggled helping me and another (an actual paying) customer. He did not give up...even after we saw the Bell store finally open, and we got to the bottom of the problem after an hour of troubleshooting. The altruism exhibited that day by Ryan was admirable and I highly recommend this business for your mobility needs.Thanks so very much Ryan, you are awesome!

I finally purchased a new iPhone after 7 years! Clayton addressed all my needs and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, kind, and speedy too! I don’t know much about technology but Clayton made sure to explain everything clearly and had a good sense of humour with the things I didn’t have a clue. Thanks Clayton, your the best!

Every-time whenever I have come in to get my screen guard changed no one has ever asked to show proof of purchase of my phone. Who?? Keeps their physical phone receipts at all times in their wallet. The customer service representative was racist. Because it was three of us and we are visible minority, one of us was told they would not change it for us. I was asked to verify all my details and pull up my receipt on the computer I would have understood this if it was a usual protocol but no, it is not. No where on my purchase receipt does it say that I have to show the physical receipt every time I use your company’s offer of lifetime screen guard free change!!!His exact words “I have changed 6-7 screen guards without checking receipts today so now I need to see yours” I am sure if we were white men we would have been treated way differently. I have been to so many different wireless waves as I travel a lot because of my work and I have never been treated like this. He looked at us like as if we were thieves!

I visited their kiosk earlier this afternoon and spoke with a kind gentleman by the name of Ejay. I explained my issue about losing my phone and by that time a bit stressed out as well. Ejay gave me some options and I ended up getting a great deal on a new phone, plan and a few other things thrown in as well. Ejay was knowledgeable, personable and listened to what my needs were. Excellent customer service as he went above and beyond so I very much give him a five star rating!
