Friendly server. The clams with garlic taste really good but if you not eating spicy please let them know in advance. Grilled mackerel fish too salty. The dessert fried milk curd tastes really good also. Their grilled chicken and lambs really good also. The meats really tender.The problem for me is the music too load so it’s hurt my ear. You still can hear the music from outside 100 m (parking lot).

Loved our experience at this restaurant!!We went at around 9 pm for dinner and loved how the vibe completely changed at around 10 pm with music and dimmed lighting.We were served by DEBORAH, she was very kind and attentive. Helped us with ordering the right items from the menu.We loved our beef skewers: very well seasoned and great combination of chewy and tenderness to the cut.Also enjoy the spicy beef on rice. It was extremely hearty.We will definitely recommend this place to others and visit again to explore the rest of the menu.

Have returned.Super popular Chinese BBQ skewers, with really good service but with fairly high prices.Recommendations: can't go wrong with beef and lamb skewers. Pork is skippable unless you really like pork belly.Squid is very skippable at $8.9 for just one skewer, 5pcs total.I think it's a decent feed if you're blind to prices. Expect $40+pp

Came here pretty baked and man I had a good time, the skewers were incredibly tasty and I loved the rice cakes too. EVERYTHING was so good. The seating was uncomfortable though, maybe add some cushions on the seats? But if not, I'm still gonna come back.

Quality & price isn’t what it used to be…Came here few nights ago with my family & ordered the classic dishes (lamb/chicken skewers, oyster, scallop, etc.).We enjoyed the oyster & scallops as they were cooked well & served with good portions. The skewers I didn’t find as fresh, and most of them were cold/room temperature when it was served. We literally had to try and wait for it to heat up on the plate heated by tea candles… Price has gone up like everywhere else but it’s more on the expensive end in comparison to other skewer places.No complaints with their service, the girl who looked after our table was very patient & efficient.

Chat Bar is for sure a fun and spirited place to hang out with friends during a weekend. It opens until 2 am. They have a wide variety of alcohol - Canadian, Chinese, and Japanese.The food was slightly above average, but the service was decent. The patio area was quite dirty with skewer sticks everywhere on the ground.

The food was delicious, and the seasonings were mostly the same but wholly delicious nevertheless. It was a comfortable environment, and the service was stellar with our server Deborah. She was very polite and kind, and we would definitely come again to eat.

One of my favorite places to go for skewers and it is close to my home! Located in the heart of Main Street Unionville, I believe this location used to be an old pub. They did a lot of renovation to make it like an Asian hut serving skewers along with other menu items such as hotpot, soup noodles, and others. I come here every time I visit my family still not getting sick of it. The additional perk is that this place opens past midnight.
