I stopped in to have my passport renewed yesterday afternoon. After hearing about all the delays and horror stories, I was pleasantly surprised at my visit. The staff was friendly and cooperative. There was a very short line-up which moved quickly and efficiently. Thank you from a senior!

The staff were obviously getting worn out by Friday noon. It is easy to see that moral is low. Some were very condescending to the applicants and somewhat rude. Do not waste your time trying to get your passport there.
