Nice range, reasonable prices, great service from staff

Please tell the associates to communicate better with one another. I don’t need to be asked 3 times in 2 minutes if I need help. This is the 2nd time in a week that this has happened. Will be doing my shopping online only.

I just left this store 12:00 TODAY. The worker showed me to the changing room and it was the first changing room. She asked me how much items I had. I told her 4. Than when I was done I put what I didn't want on the rack. She was in another changing room and she asked me why one hanger didn't have a item on it. I told her I wasn't even in that room. I just put my items down and told I'm not doing this with her. I didn't say anything about stealing. But what she said after that i decided just to leave . Said she didn't mean it that way. She clearly did.

I had a great RSVP Style experience. The stylist, Heer, was so friendly and understood all my issues perfectly. She was able to spend lots of time with me and helped me pick out some great pieces! And a great deal as well! Thanks again, I’ll definitely be back!

I want to buy a pair of Hyba pants and they had a mark that looked like a bleach stain. The lady said she'd give 10% off and the 30% already off. The mark wiped off with a lysol wipe but she says she'd phone her manager to see if she can take more off the 40%. She then tells me the manager says since the mark wiped off she would not give the extra 10% either, nevermind more off. They still should have given the 40% off they agreed to as they weren't going yo try and wipe the stain off until I requested. They used to have much better staff and the place was a pleasure to shop at but now it's doubtful I'll return.

I bought a lot of new clothes for fall, for a variety of activities. The fit were perfect I am very happy with my purchases. Staff were 10 out of 10 helpful. Reitmans came through again.Penningtons is also a fantastic store.

Reitmans is my favourite store and this store is close to my house and i find all the staff very friendly but Collen she is exceptional!! She is sweet, soft spoken, very patient specially with returns and helpful. , You can ask her as many questions with styles and she does not seem to get annoyed at all . Thank You to all the girls working there .

I always love Reitmans! If I could help it all of my clothes would be from there. They have the perfect mix of comfort and style. Even me, who doesn't know the first thing about fashion, can dress beautifully and comfortably in their clothes. Customer service is always very prompt in this location, as well, and they're always helpful and friendly. Recommended for those who love comfort!
