We really can't complain, the internet has been solid for a long time. Easy to change channel packages online. The Tivo box is nice. kids save their own shows and watch them. connection speeds are the fastest I have ever had from any company whether that is just advancement in tech I'm not sure.

They came a few months ago and offered me a great deal to switch. It was supposed to be for 79$ then go up moderately after 3 months. I only got that deal for a month because they charged 100$ for me to keep my original phone number, which they said they could do. They did not. They changed it then I had to run around for weeks to get it back and they charged for it. Also, they did not contact Wightman's to cancel my service, so I got billed by them for an extra month as well. Now my monthly bill is $160 and 30 bucks more than what it was had I not changed. No thanks. Not happy. Cogeco needs to look at why it has consistently bad reviews over and over and over. It's embarrassing.

Hourly outages, brutal prices, and extremely slow support. If ANY other options are available, go with them.Really not sure how a service this bad is legal to provide.

4th time in 7 days been out of wifi for more then an hour.

TiVo has not been popular since 2007 or updated the on demand is a actual joke at this point
