WARNING: I have had a business relationship ship twice with them. First time, payment issues occurred and my sales reps was forced to show up at their office to demand their pay. Second time, I thought why not give them a second chance.... worst mistake... (burned twice shame on me) I actually lost money... how do you lose money with a commission job? Work with media shack. I had reps work for them and I'm the end, I paid my team and they deducted from me and I was out - $300. However, I do have 12 or so Vonage phone kits... worthless. They also make a lot of unfulfillable promises. Heck they wrote the contract up and told me they can pay in the manner they proposed and they couldn't. While I was there to ask about my invoice that was due 5 weeks ago, other people are also there asking the same... there are better companies out there if you wish to represent the telecom industry or any other product providers. Also... to have your own executive staff (Peter Gigums) write a review on this shows just how desperate they to have a positive image. Another network associate of mine also informed me they failed to pay him as well.Definitely no star should be an option for review.

the Salesman that i bought the tv from was very dishonest! Had to call in 4 or 5 times to get things straightened out. They ended up reimbursing me but shame on you for that kind of business!!

Bunch of Scammers!! They over charge your card and their services don’t even work as intended. Very bad company stay away.

I got a Vonage phone for $10/month a long time ago came with free cordless phones like that was a great deal never had any problems.

Very unprofessional...they took the money and haven't even delivered the calling device and when I called in they just put me on hold for hours. They initially told porting of the number is free but now asking for $40 for porting my number. Poor service.

very cheap home phone service as compared to other providers .
