Would like to echo a 5 star review for a pool we so enjoy. Thank YOU, Ron and Rainbow pools, for completing our vision with your Teams expertise.

I am going to have to rate this company only one star. I have gone in twice to get someone to give me a winter cover quote and both times I was promised within two weeks I would get a call and nothing. If the job is to small then say so and give me a recommendation of who to use instead.

So I have used Rainbow Pools a few times now - the first time was great, they were knowledgeable, friendly and got our new filter in no problem. I liked using them over a place like pioneer because they were a smaller business that seemed to give good service. The 2nd time I have tried to use them has been a bit of the opposite. Friendly - but I have tried to get a service call in for over three weeks. I have called each week to find out when they may be coming, but they don't know. I wasnt reached out to once, I had to follow up each time. Apparently the service guys make their own schedule up. I can appreciate being busy - but there must be some kind of time frame you can give customers, or at least have some idea - this isn't a new service to them. I was also given the number of another company, which sounds to me like a we don't have time to do this job." This experience has really soured be on Rainbow."

Absolutely amazing! Was recommended by a neighbour, now I’m telling my friends to come here too. Cheap prices and same quality product as Pioneer. When we bought chemicals at Pioneer, they convinced us to get so much that we still couldn’t finish some of them after 6 years. In contrast, Rainbow Pools tells you exactly how much you need, what’s necessary what’s not so you don’t waste your money. People here are also very friendly. Been coming to Rainbow for years now, keep up the good work!!

Good overall pool build with some concrete puddling issues. Issue is with post service. Had I known the opening and closing would have been this poor I would not have selected these. They do not empty the water when the water is almost overflowing. Don't put the cover in it's bag etc.. Their store not being open on weekends is ridiculous in this day and age!

When we were recently away on vacation for a couple of weeks, our daughter called to let us know our pool was green. I contacted Julie to see if they could send someone over to take a look at the pool and find out if our salt system was working correctly and to check on the chemicals needed to correct it. That same day she sent someone over to do a service call. By the next day the pool was blue again. The service was excellent, done in a timely matter and upon our return Ron came back over to explain that there was an issue with our salt system and it wasn’t flowing correctly which they rectified . I was impressed by how quickly this service was performed, the knowledge of both Julie and Ron and the overall cost was very reasonable. We use them to open and close our pool and have always been more than satisfied with their service.

We used Rainbow Pools to install our pool in 2015 and we've continued to have great service. Pool construction is solid since that time. The team at Rainbow Pools gives great advice, does what they say they are going to do. At the time we chose to go with them, we were advised that as a family run business, they tackle one job at a time -- this is valuable because this means when they say they are showing up, that's when they show up. They work your project thru to completion. Whenever we have called for repairs, questions or issues we get a timely response. Without question, I would refer anyone considering a pool installation to Rainbow pools.

We had contacted them to cover the pool. Their service is very poor -they did such a shoddy job with just a tarp covering secured shoddily by water bags that kept tumbling down into the pool. Their workman was also not very professional and did not seem to have the right attitude of fixing a problem - when we suggested he could try tying up the tarp in the corners, he asked us to do that instead and left! He behaved as if he was doing us a favour. When you enter a business of doing something, you must commit to doing it properly. What a joke this company is!Update: Response to the company's comment: While I understand your constraint, 3 things particularly bother me:1. You know the futility of your actions and yet count it as efforts towards correcting the grievance.2. I am sure there are ways to secure it more without resorting to expensive routes. When your person could ask us to 'try tying it up around the thin ledges', he could have given it a sincere try himself.3. Also, can we please look at correcting the attitude, he doesn't have to say to me three times that this is 'the last time he is coming here'.

I moved into a house with our first pool 12 years ago and was connected with Ron & the Rainbow team. They have become our go to pool shop and initially replaced my filter and pump plus added a heater, have replaced the first pump now with a second and are now in the process of replacing my liner. Throughout the service has been first rate and the trust factor very high. Never any hesitation recommending them!
