A good place to find classic Indonesian dishes and tasty mixed drinks[Food] We ordered the War Fries, Satay Ayam, Semur Java, and Nasi Goreng. Which was enough food for two people. The War Fries and Semur Java really good, but the price is a bit steep[Drinks] They had holiday themed drinks when we were there and they tasted good. Especially the Noggy and Nice[Service] The server was nice and helpful, but the food took a long time to arrive[Atmosphere] This place is great for a date night or an outing with friends

We were welcomed with a big smile, drinks were great but the food was lack lustre.Fried chicken was soggy.Prawn curry lacked flavourNasi goreng was average, with a sweetish zing that wasn’t for meBrussels sprouts was the killer dish I’d the night - recommended by our server.Cocktails were delicious, great ambience and excellent service.But it’s a 2/5 on food. Shame because I was really looking forward to this place.

Went to both the restaurant and speakeasy. The drinks at both were incredible. Got the “tropic like its hot” and a cosmopolitan and at Little Sister and both were made to perfection. The food there was also good and they have a “snacks” section which is perfect if you’re not too hungry and mainly going for drinks. The manager was friendly and invited us downstairs to the speakeasy. There we had the “xxx” which was the most incredible drink I have ever had. If you’re going i highly highly recommend getting that. Overall a great time

Cozy space that has food just bursting with flavour. Dishes are made for sharing so don't shy away from ordering anything (and everything) that catches your eye. They're all delicious so you won't be disappointed.Drinks are equally as good. The Bird on a Wire definitely had me ready to head downstairs to Speakeasy XXX Bar (drinks in pictures). Make sure you have what you need to get in - it's a Speakeasy after all. Huge thank you to the lovely creature and her snazzy shirt slinging drinks. You were a delight and I can't wait to visit again!

After seeing all the reviews, I was expecting some good quality Indonesian Dutch Fusion. However, I was extremely disappointed. The food is fresh, and it is flavourful but it jusr isn't tasty. I enjoyed it a bit but it definitely wasn't close to other indonesian places in Toronto.The war fries seemed to be just a lump of mayo, tamarind and garnish. Not appetizing. The spring rolls were extremely dry - the sauce carried them. I wouldn't order that again. The fried rice was good - very authentic. But the chicken dish was not appetizing even though it was cooked well with different spices. The fried chicken was also a good option.All in all an okay below average place for Indonesian Dutch food. But the service and atmosphere makes up for it. Just don't expect amazing food.

Such a cute place!!! The food was also great. Our server recommended the Brussels sprouts and they did not disappoint - so good, I had to go to the grocery store after to grab some and make myself. Drinks were also fantastic, I ordered the “one in a melon”, and would recommend!

We went this past Saturday night. I made reservations for a cozy booth - if possible -and did they deliver, they seated us in the cutest little corner couch! The food, service (our server was very knowledgeable and kind), and ambiance was AMAZING, I would definitely go again. This was such an amazing last minute gem of a find. Their menu also featured a speakeasy bar but we didn’t get a chance to go, I thought that was an exciting touch. This was my first time trying Dutch-Indo and it did not disappoint. Looking forward to checking out the Younge location.

I'd been here once before for a special cocktail event liqueur launch and the food items served were divine, I simply knew I had to come again.Our experience on the regular menu was nothing short of spectacular, we tried both the chicken and lamb skewers, the beef croquettes, fried chicken, war fries, and brussels sprouts and all of them were phenomenal! We also tried the lettuce wrap but that was just ok.For cocktails we tried four different ones from the menu and were impressed by each and every one!

Went to Little Sister last night. What a cute spot. Loved the ambience. Drinks and food were great. Our server, Mateo, was very attentive and helpful. Manager Robin had such a good energy about him and took great care of us. It was a great night and will definitely be going back soon!

Went here for dinner a few weeks ago. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice. Our server made great recommendations for us, we enjoyed everything. We had the war fries, a few skewer options, the babi kecap and an amazing rice dish.
