Was in yesterday March 25th they had more employees then customers, kinda made it very over crowded, also waiting in line waiting for fitting room, you could see behind their pant wall and the amount of pants behind it on the floor, no wonder why you can’t find any sizes that you’d might want… probably on the floor behind wall

I went in to exchange a pair of pants I bought acouple months ago because the inner seam was coming apart. When I got to the counter, a blonde older women was there and when I told her what I wanted to do she was extremely rude, and told me I had to get the exact same colour / size of the pants. I would usually have no problem with this, but her attitude was terrible. I asked another employee if this was true, as I wanted a smaller size because I have lost some weight. She said I could absolutely get a different colour and size. The older women came running over and started whispering to the other employee about me. I’m so confused, I understand there are rules but you’re in customer service- act like it. Wont be back.

I have spent a decent amount of money that I feel would class me as a decent customer. This store in particular, not one single person has ever come to offer assistance. It’s almost as though they gravitate to someone pleasing or fitting to their unknown class. Sad to say but you should treat your customers the same. Get off your high horse.

Not a single person offer assistance to me or even made the attempt the greet me because I did not dress up that day. I am not happy with Grant's customer service. I went in for the quality promise for one sweater that had piling. He was making up rules on the quality promise policy. He claimed that the shirt that I was returning was too old and that the piling . It's only been a year old and there was piling on it. He will not return the product. What a waste of time! I feel like he is racist because I am a visible minority!After reaching out to their head office. It was a smooth return.

I always enjoy shopping at Lulu in mapleview. The staff is helpful and so friendly. The last time i went in Kevin assisted me with all my shopping needs. Thanks again Kevin for all your help, you rock!

Rudest customer service ever. My customer experience at this store was terrible. A very careless guy offered me the return service. Not only did I fail to return the item, but also the guy give me another piece of clothing which is not I brought for return and forgot to remove the anti-theft button! I hope lululemon takes customer service seriously at this store

lululemon is the same as aritzia, judgmental as all they see are my larger hips and thighs. i once had an employee tell me i think u grabbed the wrong size

For whatever reason the last couple of times I have been at this location and I have not been greeted or asked if I needed help. I was looking for a product and I had to awkwardly ask someone and I felt as if I was bothering them… what the heck.There’s so many associates just socializing with each other or just floating around the store aimlessly. So weird since other locations are so much more friendlier
