By far my favourite place to shop for climbing gear. I'm in and out semi-regularly since I come up from the city to climb in Squamish and have always had nothing but the best advice and experience from the staff here! In particular, I've chatted with Ethan multiple times about everything from shoes to local routes and his enthusiasm and breadth of knowledge always makes my day.

Ordered online from them, even though I live in Vancouver. Came within 3-4 days which is amazing since I was expecting it in a week or so. Everyone was packed nicely, in perfect condition, and I even got a nice sticker to place on my water bottle!

I absolutely love shopping at Climb On and always go out of my way to make as many of my outdoor purchases at this store! The staff are so helpful,friendly and knowledgable I always leave knowing more than when I arrived. The loyalty reward point system the store has is a huge bonus in my opinion show’s they care about their loyal customers. Special shout out to Caroline who went out of her way to help me with a pair of crampons 5 mins before store closing on a saturday!

I like Climb On. It has very nice stuff and sometimes it also has products you cannot find in the other stores. I think the store manager is very knowledgeable and a great salesman. The rest of the staff is nice even though not always helpful. When I’m in Squamish, I always pay a visit to Climb On.***UPDATE***Climb On contact me and solved this issue.I’m very impressed by their customer service!Last winter I bought a pair of La Sportiva Katana and after only 4 outdoor climbs, the sole cracked. Hoping it was still under warranty, I went to the store and I had a very bad experience with Eric. He behaved arrogantly and looked down on me. He told me that I was even lucky that a $230 pair of climbing shoes cracked after 4 climbs. Usually they last less than that.I was shocked and I left without even thinking to buy the replacement. I will come back, but I just hope not to come across Eric anymore.

Amazing service, great selection, and good prices. I had to return a pair of shoes and it was an easy process. This is the only place I've found that ships Alien cams to my location. Love this business.

Bought 2 pairs of climbing shoes for my wife and I. It was our first pair and got amazing help and advice from Eric. My shoes were not the perfect fit even after wearing them at home to break into them. Went back to the store and tried 7 pairs (at least, probably 10 pairs) of shoes before finding the right fit.
