I would give them 0 if I could. I brought my laptop that just needed a screen replacement on August 3rd. November rolls around, I finally bug them after multiple other times, and got it back still broken so I could find another repair shop. Customer service sucks. Kept calling them for updates, they finally stopped answering my calls. I think I gave them plenty of time with empty promises that they had the screen on order.

My life passed before my eyes when my iPhone would not charge. I depend on that phone all day for work and play.I took it to Cell-Medic/You Broke It and couldn’t believe it when Mike told me that if he had the part in stock the repair would be completed that afternoon. If he didn’t have the part in stock he would have it shipped overnight at his expense and the phone would be repaired in 24 hours.My phone was good as new in 3 hours.The price was less than what I pay my Toyota dealer for an oil change. The service was fast and courteous.

Today, Jay and Richard were able to help me out of a real bind. I bent some pins while installing a brand new CPU and thought it was a total loss. They were able to throw it under the microscope and get the pins straightened out. I am typing this from the computer that they brought back from the dead now. Don't know what I would have done without their help.
